i will obviously pick the original korean film. but this remake did quite well for me also...just ignore some plot holes others are saying and simply just focus on their love story
setting and ost are great. they've added scenes not in the original to make it interesting. finally, the ending is somewhat the same but the remake's ending caused major plotholes. i think its ending isn't meant to be a twist. if i haven't watched the original, i think i'll probably guess what happen to the guy
btw, the restaurant in the film is called 'Il Mare'. im not sure how the actors pronounced it but i didn't get it until i've read some trivias. also, the director of Il Mare is in that restaurant according to trivias so better watch for some korean in the movie
