OT: If you are planning in removing the MTRCB sticker, you better do it now as it gets harder to remove with age. Just apply a few drops of lighter fluid to make the adhesive easier to remove, wait for the lighter fluid to evaporate, remove the sticker. If there is residue left from the sticker, use magic tape to remove it. I used that procedure to remove the MTRCB sticker from the Syriana dvd i just bought.

Holding both the SE and the DE in my hands, I thought to myself: "A slipcase and a comic book I'll never read for Php 51 more. Hmm..."

I bought the SE, got myself a 16 oz. McDonald's Milkshake, and still had 2 pesos left over.

I'm guessing everyone else here went for the DE?

Thanks for the tip! I've been wondering how to remove that ugly thing - and it was actually placed on top of text! Annoying.

Just got my DE this afternoon at SM Makati. Yeah, that MTRCB sticker's a b*tch to remove and so's the "other" bar code sticker on the slipcase. Peel off veerrryyyy slooowwwlllyyyy

. Non lenicular slipcase, disc 1 is dual layer (6.45GB) and disc 2 is single layer (2.15GB).

finally got my copy today from Astro Podium. couldn't find this title in any of the stores all over Shangri-la Mall and Megamall. Buti na lang marami pang copies sa Podium.

From my experience, Megamall sometimes keeps brand new "limited" copies under the table at the cashier's kiosk, and only brings them out if you ask for them.

It's happened to me twice - once after going through the shelves, I asked Alma, "Wala pa kayo nung bagong release ng Ben Hur?," and she smiled and pulled one out from under her desk.

I also experienced this when I purchased the Batman Begins DE... they didn't have any displayed on the shelves but when i asked the lady at the counter, she went to their stockroom and brought one out...

Sir, question lang regarding dun sa comic: Yung sa Constantine na comic ba, back cover ang Batman Begins? Kasi sa Batman comic, V for Vendetta and for V naman ay Superman. Does this mean magkakaroon din ng Superman na DE?

No, the back cover has an ad for V for Vendetta. As for Superman Returns, I'm pretty sure that Warner will come out with a Deluxe Edition considering that they will also be releasing deluxe editions of Superman 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Got my reserved V for Vendetta yesterday. It was the last copy in that astro store. The sales lady told me that there's no more copy from warner where they can re-order. Is this really true? So , how limited is this title?

Stocks for this DE are similar to Batman Begins DE which is to say that there really aren't a lot of copies floating around. The situation was different with the Constantine DE release since Warner was able to bring in a second shipment after the first ran out.

Based on the last sales update of PinoyDVD.biz, we're low on copies as well and Warner was only able to re-stock with the regular 2-disc version.
