Went to Trinoma last night and I passed by a Magna DVD and CD sale in front of the Mister Donut store (in the wing that connects to the MRT). I think it's a weekend thing.

Nothing new in the DVD department, but the CD's look promising. Most of them are priced at Php 150.

was at astro festival mall earlier and seems like everything's on sale there, from box sets to classics. too bad though, the limited bds they had weren't on sale, they were still being sold for around 1500-1700.

Just went to "O" Rockwell and my kids had a blast with the Barney,Sesame St., etc, these are new titles in a colored hard plastic special case. Buy 1 for P275, add one more for only P5, yes 5peso.

I don't think it's a sale bec it's still priced at P225 per disc even if you don't avail of the P450 "buy 1, take 1 promo" so 2 titles would still amount to P450

SRP is P299. It's still a sale. You will only be able to get it for P225@ if you buy (2) titles.

Yep. I got the 2-disc Special Edition with slipcase and booklet. For sometime it flooded the market til it went on sale.

Passed by Robinsons Galleria and found that Odyssey is again having a dvd/vcd sale. Newer released titles were discounted with a 100 peso off. Some titles that I saw are the following:

Hellboy 2 (2 disc) - 795
Wanted (Single disc) - 595
Hulk (2 disc) - 795
Hulk (single disc) - 595
Iron man (2 disc) - 799
Hellboy (single disc) - 599

100 peso off? Will just be waiting for the usual sale where the 2-disc sets are usually around P275
