Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1

My wife's the HP fan not me but I have to admit that I kinda liked The Half Blood Prince & this first installment of The Deathly Hallows.

Maybe Harry & the rest of the gang have grown up thus the more mature recent releases. HP 7.1 is more like a road movie as the trio of Harry, Hemione & Ron disapperate from one place to another bent on destroying one of the dark lords remaining horcruxes.

PQ is not as stunning as say Prisoner of Azkaban or Order Of The Phoenix but very good nonetheless. Got nothing to complain with the audio but I find the extras a bit on the skimpy side.

Blu-ray.com reported that WB has addressed several recent complaints from some consumers experiencing a number of issues including disk skipping etc. I noticed a slight hiccup in a couple of scenes. The more jarring was the scene at Hemione's home. I'll giver it another spin to be sure.

Inception

Finally got to watch this much talked about movie. Yup, I guess it's worth the hype. It's a movie that grows on you, makes you think when you watch it and think again when you're done watching. PQ and SQ are superb. The extras too of this 3disc edition are awesome.

THE TOURIST-Dep & Jolie great combo, the movie is filled w/ some action scene, a little drama, also some humor & twist (keeps you wondering). A fun movie, very highly recommended
