Yep. Once I opened those ports, hindi na nagsign out sa PSN.

tried opening all those ports and also using opendns but still i was signed out!!!

maybe bayantel na ang problem?

Ask your credit card company if they'll allow 6 months installment at 0% interest. You can purchase a PS3 via straight credit purchase, then just ask the card company to convert it into installments.

Naka static IP naman PS3 mo, right? And naka forward yun ports sa static IP?

yup static ip and forwarded na lahat.. well at least i noticed na d na ganun kabilis mag error hehe.. d na ganun kadalas mag sign out although there were still times that i was...

haay i guess i just have to live with that hehe

^bro congrats! i suggest open it na then setup its internet connection and create a PSN account so u can update your unit narin. so pag dating ng 25 ready to use na! hehe

Salamat Karl! 80gb Asian ok lang basta may waranty. What important is makabili ako at hinahanap ng anak ko ang PS3 nya na dala ko dito sa labas

check pinoyps.com. they have a tutorial there on how to upgrade your HD.

hi bro i upgraded mine from 40 to 320g. i would recommend to use Seagate narin as this is the one originally used by the PS3 din. just look for the 2.5" SATA momentus na 5400rpm. yung 320G nasa mga php3600.

dont forget to backup your PS3 before upgrading. goodluck!

Hi guys! I'm planning to buy a PS3 really soon and will be using it more as a blu ray player than for gaming, although I'd still be playing games ocassionally.

I have a question, may HDTV kasi kami na Samsung R81 32inches. I think 720p/1080i lang resolution niya. What would you recommend na setting sa PS3, gawin ko din ba dapat 720p lang din or mas maganda ba na gawin kong 1080p setting sa PS3 then I'd just let the tv do the downscaling? TIA!

Samsung R81 doesnt support 1080p signals so ur tv will go blank once you set your PS3 at 1080p. Just set ur PS3 at 1080i or 720p.

I experimented when I got a PS3. Left it at 1080p as I thought that looked best on my 720p TV. The difference won't be obvious though.
