So just to update, Item i ordered last July 2 did not arrive yesterday which is the delivery date. I have requested for a refund already but Amazon gave me $5 store credit and asked me to wait another day.
I have my doubts already since last week that this will be delivered and i think the courier (Apex) already lost the package somewhere.
I have another order which will be delivered today via Apex which is on schedule naman but had an arrangement with Amazon already and they advised me to just decline the delivery. buti tumawag si Apex to confirm. told the delivery guy na wag na tumuloy at i-return to sender na lang yung package. he asked lang for me to text him na i was declining para maipakita niya sa office nila.
Amazon gave me another $5 credit for that and also a refund of the shipping charge ($25.72) for the defective item i ordered a couple weeks back.
All other items i ordered the past week were delivered (via UPS for the last 2) with no problems at all.
