Yes sir, kaya. You have to add washers for it to be stable, madaming extra screws kasi yan. As for the tuner pls call EM or Tiody at 901-39-75 they'll assist you. Pag di pa din makuha, lets schedule it, pa puntahin ko sila.

magrereklamo lang po ng konti.. just got a new denon 2808 last week. Then found out na sira pala, walang lumalabas na sound from all sources, pero ok yng test tone at audyssey. Then I found a dent on the lower left side of the unit.

I called jeff and he said it will be replaced I should just call em. I called EM and he said a new 2808 will arrive on thursday and I can pick it up anytime. Kala ko ok na bec i never had any problems with my previous purchases.

When I went there today 10am, I found out the unit did not arrive. He tested my unit and after about an hr confirmed it was damaged. he said the unit has left rob pioneer and will arrive soon and I can just wait for it. I waited till 3pm then was told, the delivery van went to paranaque first intead. Balikan ko nalang daw bukas. Ayun, i was supposed to go home to pamp at 12nn. my mom had to wait till 3pm bec of me

Also, i was supposed to get a free 2m panasonic hdmi but jen insisted I'll only get a generic 1.5m generic hdmi. Oh well sana ok na yung next na unit na makukuha ko

Me too. Never had any problem with Jeff. Madali kausap. I know all free HDMI now are generics. Last year meron pa free Panasonic HDMI. Baka a little misunderstanding lang.

I also just got the 2808 last week in robinson and went to trinoma to pick up the speakers. i didn't bother to check if everything was working also since it is for sure going to be replaced if there was any issue...

Hi Jeff, kris to. Yung Panasonic na PV70 na pinarepair natin, namamatay ng kusa. I haven't used it actually since kinabit ng mga installer. Can you have it picked up kasi nung 2 weeks ago nasa trinoma ako to report it to jen, sabi nya since that day may delivery sya papa pick up daw nya. Di naman kinuha
