Hi Jeff. I would like to ask you if you remember your promise to Mr. Limsin when he bought his tv a while back to go to his place and repair his screen which fell from the wall. Thanks. I think the problem is with the screen which don't work anymore after the fall. It's a motorized one.
My tech went there when they delivered the tv, na sobrahan yung pull ng motorized its not automatic by the way so nasira yung pandikit nya and the switch got stuck, these motorize screen dont have a automatic switch to stop, its up to the owner to control the screen when it goes down. It was a 3year old screen and kung humid yung area sometimes na tatangal yung pang dikit, but it seems na sobrahan yung pag pindot ng switch. The problem no one could repair it, we already called cosmotech and they told us walang warranty for that kind of event. Ok lang daw kung less than 2 weeks na gamit, but its more than 3 years use na kasi. My tech told informed the helper that no one could repair that, why not buy a new one w/c cost around 18,500 only and the repair might cost more.
