Sir, hindi pag aabuso yan. Iba iba ang tao involve sa nangyari, we are not manufacturer or repair service ng tv and projector. It is seen that damage was done by power surge, sa tuner naman the cable also need protection like the lightning arrestor. Electronic products are prone to damage by sudden electrical surges, sabihin na natin di mo fault yung damage, hindi ba namin pinalitan ng new unit? We only echoed what the service had told us, sila din naman ang inantay namin for the units to be release.

Nag overlap ng delivery yung secretary is called lumagare na ng delivery? An apology was given by my two secretaries and my wife hindi pa ba sapat yun? You know my number naman you can call me anytime. 0917-8030747 direct line.

At 2:45AM the store owner is still awake willing to talk to the customer just to settle the issue. I can't imagine SM appliance center or Ansons store management will do that.

sirk_pdvd bro regarding sa projector .. its really the distributor who has the last say. the delay was prolly caused by parts that needed replacement. sa plasma naman, youre still lucky the distro did not opt to repair your unit, adding the free upgrade, that should be enough to compensate your issues.
been selling computer hardware and its really hard to please everyone. nagkataon sayo naubusan ng stocks/parts. these things happen, heck SH!T H@PP3N$! im sure nakipag away pa yan si jeff sa distro bago naka free upgade ..

exactly!bought a tv from one of the big appliance chains here in the philippines and puro hassle lang nakuha ko. call them at 9am, wait till 5pm tapos sarado na office nila wala na nangyari sa tv ko.Ive learned my lesson, im gonna buy from jeff later.akalain mo 2am na pwede mo pa tawagan.

I have never encountered an entrepreneur who deals with his clients direct, ONE ON ONE even answering calls when he is outside the country! I believe that the complainant has made his point and should confine his concerns personally ( or via PM ) in w/c Jeff is willing to do. PEACE AND GOODWILL TO ALL!

Katatawag lang ng Panasonic sa amin. Ayon kay Casius, wala silang ginawa sa projector namin dahil sa maling report ng TW. Ang ipinasang problema sa kanila ay blurred screen na hindi naman talaga, at since hindi nila alam iyong totoo at hahanaping problema, inirelease na. Binuksan pa namin yung projector sa TW, namili ng scene na dark at itinuro yung malaki laking orb na kita sa bandang gitna ng screen. Kung susumahin, naghintay pala kami ng halos dalawang linggo sa wala.

ricky bro regarding the bag, normal lang sa kanila na unit lang ang kinukuha .. minsan kasi sa distro nawawala yung box and accesories. same with computer parts .. kung anong pyesa lang ang sira .. di na pinapasama ang box, yung static bag lang or bubble wrap ..

Yeah bro but since panasonic gave me an original carry bag for the pj's protection then I guess its only practical to use it during servicing

Ang Hirap kasi ilagay yung bag sa ceiling mounted projector para lang magamit

plus ok lang kung ayaw nila dalhin yung bag, pero wag naman sana bitbitin o ilagay sa old sardine box yun item. Hindi naman yon generic dvd player, way back 2004 I paid 85t pa din don sa unit

yah bro i understand a bit ot but imagine a motherboard inside a static bag .. 10-20 pcs magkakapatong ..

i forced a dealer bring to use the box with the cables and all (he warned me though).. ayun static bag lang nabalik sakin .. akala ko kasi papalitan yung buong unit .. bios lang pala!!

well to be honest i think Sir Jeff still gives good service... i mean its not his fault if the equipment he sells would bug down i mean kasalanan ng manufacturer yun not the reseller and i think the fact that he makes an effort to fix the problem is a plus...

i never really made any major purchases in his store but i still get good service everytime i inquire about some of his items and to me thats great service

As I have said, No PROBLEM when it comes to Jeff. He is a good seller that gives EXCELLENT customer service
