bro, jbl flip or jbl charge? and may i also ask kung meron bang panapat ang bose dito sa mga portable speakers?

Jbl micro wireless sir yung tawag sa kanya. But acoustical space has the jbl charge at 6k. That can go louder but as a portable i feel the micro wireless is good enough for me.

Mga sir, planning to buy a speaker this weekend...
Ano pong mas ok Wharfedale 10.5 or 155?
Or may maisusuggest pa po kayong iba na same price or lower than 17k? preferably floor-stander speakers.
BTW will be using a pioneer receiver.

the 155 since its a newer model. you might want to check out A-Audio's Genesis, Ruth, Roman, and Saul II floorstanders.

I'd go with the 10.5. The build quality of the new wharfs are not impressive. Aesthetic-wise the 10 series beats these newer models by a mile.

Other options you can go take a look at are mission speakers. Stretching your budget a bit can also make you get a psb alpha tower. These should be easier to power than wharfdales.

IMHO, I agree with these. I heard the 10.5 wharfs. its the best for the wharf line up. But still if your skeptical, Audition audition audition is the best policy. hehehe. Bring your amplifier. Also consider other brands with same price, or stretch a little budget or try our pdvd local home grown speaker diyers.

Na-audition ko po yung 155 at 10.5 at ang nabili ko ay ang 10.5.
ma-bass lang po ang 155 pero ang 10.5 mas clear po.

Ipon naman po ako para sa 10CM at 10DFS...

Salamat po ulit mga masters!

The choices are vast for that budget. For speakers, there's the PSB Image, Monitor Audio RX, KEF Q Series, Paradigm Monitor etc.

Yes sir, with your budget you can easily complete a 5-channel speaker set. What Hifi in Makati Cinema Square, MLY along kalayaan QC, Sights and Sounds in Edsa Shang carries them.

The other brands mentioned are mostly available from these stores too so you can compare.

Anung ang magandang Center , Rear and Sub? Wharf sana gusto ko.
At anung AV Receiver marecommend nyo?

Get Wharf as LCR na lang then use the Bose as surrounds.

Kung ako sa'yo fronts na lang muna bilhin mo, then ipon ipon pang center channel or sub. Saka na yung surrounds kapag may added budget na.

If pagkakasyahin mo kasi 30K sa fronts at surrounds, mabibitin ka and you'll end up envying those who have floorstanders as fronts, etc.

2.0 or 2.1 setup lang muna then if you'll go with this route, buy a pair of RTi A5 as fronts.
You'll be a happy camper
