SAMSUNG 55" Projection TV
« on: Feb 10, 2007 at 11:05 PM »
guys, a friend of mine offered me his 55" (sabi nya) Samsung Projection TV, I have not really see the unit but he said the TV is around a year old or two, it was given to him as a Wedding Gift, since nagigipit siya, he is thinking of selling at 40T with 2 months TERM.

Ok na ba ito? Aren't FLAT TV more vivid and clear compare sa projection TV?

If it's a projection TV...the lamps/bulbs normally last 10000 hrs... picture quality will eventually fade, then you'll have to replace the lamps

And if this is a Samsung DLP projection TV...hmmm...sounds interesting for the price...Since he's a friend I'd ask him for a 7-day trial
before deciding  ;D

Do check out the picture quality (cable and DVD).  You may also want to check out the ports that are available on it (ie. hdmi, component, etc.) to give you an option to pair it with a DVD player.

Depends...  for a pioneer it was about 30K-40K  (for a set of three lamps - R - G - B)
