There were around three Elvis titles... but all I remembered is Double Trouble, too many titles (including the aforementioned new releases)... Sorry, maybe others can help... or until my next trip down to a video shop...

note that this could be a previous release (I am kind of a new DVD-junkie), but it was not listed in the 2005 and 2006 thread...

Is this new here? It's available in R1 for a long time. Just seen it earlier displayed together with other new local releases. The R1 is 3 discs. I don't know about the local release. Price is 650.

If you liked fairy tales when you were a kid, you'll supposedly like this. It has I think a girl and her father trapped in a "twilight zone" type of area, where there are 9 Kingdoms - each kingdom inhabited by fairy tale characters you're familiar with - Snow White, Red Riding Hood, etc.

By the way, this was before "Shrek."

My problem with this release, though, is that the R1 is only $9.99.

I'm curious, allert - why do you consider a DVD that comes with audio commentary, retrospective documentary, classic newsreels, a vintage short film and two trailers as "barebones"?

I'm really curious, since I consider "Seven Brides..." as one of the better feature-laden Warner classic musical releases. The single-disc "An American in Paris" is what I consider a barebones release.

This month is almost coming into an end and still no RENT DVD, but there is an add for it inside the new Giesha dvd.
