Directions:

If you are in Roxas Blvd., in Luneta, coming from the south, go straight northwards until you hit a rotonda.
Turn left on the rotonda.
After about 50 meters, you will get to the surplus stalls. Ask where little Chatty's is. There are more surplus stores for japanese audio after Little Chatty's.

before reaching Little Chatty's, there is a covered market. Inside are two stores belonging to a husband and wife team. This store is much smaller than chatty's and have fewer items. However, since it is inside the market, its prices are a little bit lower than Chatty's.

When haggling...go for broke... try mo agad ung 50% lower than their asking price. You wont get it but you can go up from there until you get a good price.
