I saw it on display at Shopwise Cubao, its price is I think at 25k for 32" model...

A friend says its LCD panel was source from samsung but branded as pensonic..

Planning to get one in future...

any other who hjas bought this unit, pls share your experiences....

panu nalaman po ng friend mo na Samsung sells to pensonic their LCD panel?

Para sa akin, dun ka nalang sa Sights and Sounds or Theatreworks bumili. Yung akin Panasonic L32X10 (2009model) for Php 27K lang

Cause my friend said he can get me one at a much lower price since his father-in-law works at Pensonic distibutorship...

But I have not decided yet to get one... Cause the budget was used up for tuition already....

hi po mga gurus....i often see at sm hypermarket some generic LCds like Promac,Union,Matrix,Fukuda,Pensonic and the likes that come in 32 inches and claim to be fullHD capable up to 1080p...any feedbacks and reviews sa mga brands na eto???tempting kasi prices nila...kamusta naman kaya durability ng panels and warranty issues ng mga unit na ito???ok kaya mag invest ng mga 32 inches nila??for kitchen,dinning,small rooms and for ps3 and xbox360 use lang naman kasi and medyo makakamura rin kasi ako sa price....thanks gurus...

You might want to check our in-house sellers here at pdvd. Branded Flat Panels (LCD/Plasma TV) Prices are the same or even cheaper.

Generic TVs are basically outsource TVs made in China. The above mentioned Companies are not manufacturers but are marketing companies, who are in the market to promote their brand name, which they assigned to their source out generic-no-brand-name TVs.

Though these TVs are cheap, they lack innovative R&D (research and development) features like motion flow, enhanced video processor, ambient light sensor, etc.

well said sir vic, actually natanong ko na rin kay sir vic yan sa txt yun nga ang sbi nya di rin naman na nagkakalayo ang presyo sa branded eh lalo na ngayon kya punta muna kyo sa mga reseller ng pdvd bago kayo bumili.

im also shopping around for LCD's and devant was an option for me.. however, when I saw thier display sa SM dasma this morning I saw one unit na nag smudge ang color and when I told the salesperson immediately pinatay nya yung lcd tv.. anyway, its nothin really baka nagka glitch lang yung screen.. i dont have a review devant's pq is okay and the price is highly competitive..

there is actually someone selling the same unit at the marketplace for 39k. so its 12k more expensive, but your price of 42K for 37". there are some panasonic model that sell their 37" for 42-45k. its still way better than devant. imho.

Was considering this before, but after observing it in action at Western, didn't like the noticeable judder when the screen image panned (on their own demo video), and very noticeable motion blur while running Stealth (the refueling scene). Pixelation of color gradations was also noticeable. But then, I can discern the small difference between 60Hz and 120Hz, and 720p and 1080p (realized it when i saw 2 LGs and 2 Sony screens side-by-side in each case), so I guess it is ok if you're not picky and if its for ordinary use only.
