i was expecting the worst, with all the posts around here about it. but its not so bad.some channels are worse than the others though (ANC), but the important ones for me (CNN, BBC, Star, Btv, ESPN, AXN, C/S) are fine. for some reason, Star Movies' reception is worse than Star World.

kundi also have a budget of 96k for the 50". hehe.

none here so far and still analog. although Channel 7 was in the news a couple of months back saying they are investing in equiptment to allow them to do digital broadcasting

my neighbour, spore has one HD channel on their free channels, and 2 hd channels on their cable
hopefully the digital transmission will reach my shores so i can enjoy them as well, although a decoder is needed, sellign abt 400 usd

yesterday watched a 2.35:1 movie, hahahha, IR already

bro musta! di masyado noticeable yung difference as posted by rafmac or maybe depends sa source mo din. the blacks n colors are what i noticed lang.

for break in they say just put it below haf eh

i guess mas ok pa yung investment sa line conditioner
para mabawasan yung grainy picture sa mga old na sd dvd movies.
naka line conditioner ka na ba?

check the previous pages and you will see screen shot comparisons between 720 and 1080 resolution. since the source is standar def, you will hardly notice any difference between the 2. in my case using an upscaling dvd, i just use 720p.

like predator1 r1 pero yung mga new movies specially yung mga mastered in hd na dvd ok cya

Hi guys meron din 42pv7 lower cost lower resolution, pero maganda pa din single hdmi input lang.

It seems that panasonic plasma is ruling the market again! 90% of my sales is panasonic... Kahit sale na mga hitachi, pioneer, sony, samsung and other brands ko sa shop it seems all our friends end up buying this tv.
