Hi! Anyone here experienced bringing back your TV to SNS for replacement? We bought a TV from them last 15 Sept. But after a week, a vertical line appeared in the screen so I contacted SNS for a replacement. They told me to call up LG to have a tech visit and diagnose a unit. I sent the doc that was given to us by the tech then I gave SNS a copy. Now I was told that I have to tell LG to make a recommendation for the replacement. Why and what for? I find this inconsistent to no. 2 of their
