Dineliver ni Master Anthony yung black ash finish 6.5in Tablette FS tsaka 6.5in Tablette Center speakers dito sa amin sa Bacoor. Grabe hands down ako sa ganda ng tunog neto kahit sa entry level yammy receiver ko. Sobrang ok yung upgrade from my 10-year old yammy 5.1 package na satellite speakers + sub.

The Center:
Sobrang linaw ng tunog. Kung dati sobrang hirap timplahin nung speakers ko para marinig yung vocals ng "I can't tell you why" dun sa hells freezes over na dvd, ngayon super linaw na kahit nasa gitna lang ang volume level ng center channel. Panalo rin ang bass reproduction ng dual 6.5in driver.

The FS:
Ok eto ang malupet, unang pindot ko pa lang ng power button, dinig ko na agad yung excellent stereo imaging ng FS! Brand new speakers (di pa nabbreak in) + MP3 source + Karavision lang na videoke player/machine (used as dvd/mp3 player) lang ang gamit ko pero super impressive ang SQ at grabe mag disappearing act etong FS na to. Kala ko dati mga BS lang ni master ang mahusay mag disappear, pati pala tong FS na 38inch tall naglalaho hehe.

Medyo weird ang listening preference ko. Kahit anong type of music, mahilig ako gumamit ng EQ at gusto ko pa yung V-shaped setting sa graphic equalizer. Tsaka gusto ko pa naka-on ang sub habang nakikinig ng music. Pero mula ng dumating etong Tablette FS, nag-iba ang timpla ko. Mas gusto ko na and DIRECT mode sa receiver para naka-off lahat ng signal processing pati EQ tsaka mga DSP. Grabe ang fidelity netong speakers na to at pati yung listening style ko pinakialaman nya hehe. Very rich and full ang tunog kahit pang-masa lang yung source ko (MP3) tsaka pang-masa din yung player ko. Pati yung bass reproduction nya very satisfied ako at ayaw ko nang buksan yung sub pag nakikinig ako ng music. Kahit buksan ko kasi wala rin syang tunog kasi L and R lang may tunog sa DIRECT mode. Sinubukan ko nga yung favorite kong Tootsie Roll (bass material) dito sa FS, ang subtle ng gapang ng bass. You'll never miss the bass even without the sub!

Eto pa, videoke time! Yung videoke player, ampangit ng tunog dun sa lumang speakers. Di kasi pang-videoke ang yammy receiver kaya unless mag DIRECT mode ka, grabe ang lag ng sound kaya pag nagsalita ka sa mic, and weird ng delay sa sound. Kaya para magamit sa videoke, dapat naka DIRECT. Ang problema, lata ang tunog nung tiny L and R satellite speakers kaya hindi ka gaganahang umawit. Buti na lang meron ako generic na amplified speakers (tawag ng anak ko Wall-E speakers kasi yung 2 horn tweeters nya parang mata ni wall-e) kaya yun ang gamit naming pang karaoke. Tapos eto na si Tablette FS, tas DIRECT mode sa yammy para walang lag = panalo! Walang panama ang karaoke setup ng redbox dito. Actually habang tinatype ko tong paragraph na to, tinawag ako ni wife, gusto raw nya mag karaoke kaya pinabuksan nya hehe (+ sa WAF!). Master Anthony hindi sa tina-typecast ko itong FS mo ha. Kilala kasing pangit ang SQ at nakakabingi ang mga karaoke speakers. Gusto ko lang i-share sa iba na hindi lang very good for music and HT tong FS mo, pati sa karaoke use, hi-end sound! Di mo na kelangan ng Konzert 502/Sakura 732 tsaka bulky karaoke speakers hehe.

Yun lang muna. Break-in period pa lang tong speakers e .  Habol ko na lang pics.

Tsaka I have to say this: Hindi lang speakers ni Master Anthony ang nagsshine, pati ang kanyang STERLING customer service, panalo!

High frequency iyon. Try it at maximum setting for a while. Also, give the speakers some time. Immediately after I got my pair, hindi naman boomy, pero medyo "matigas" ang tunog. Then after a day or two, gumanda na.

Hi to all satisfied customers of the diymaster and his creations. Went over to the past post here and the Proac 2.5 clone caught my interest. Will these match with Dared MP 15 18watt tube amp? Or should I go with the BS clone. I listen mostly to instrumental jazz and female vocals nowadays but also go for classics, 60s and 70s music. I presently have an HT setup (HK avr5000 and B&W602+sub) but i feel i need to have an 2-channel audio setup using tube amp. Any advice will be appreciated. TIA.

I haven't heard how the Proac D2 clones sound but I have read great reviews about them. Try listening to Sir Anthony's Coax speakers. I think they'll also suit your listening preference.

For tonal matching, I'd feel more comfortable with having the 3 front speakers the same driver & enclosure as they'll match perfectly..........of course, that is if you can get away with it.

I think that was intentional para gumitna yung drivers. The port's output is too low anyway to be highly directional, kaya pwedeng nasa gilid.
