Real wood or high quality textured vinyl veneer. Check out the veneer of the old dynaudio audience series and the wenge / rosenut of the current b&w 600 series. . .

If you want a keeper, i'd go for the natural wood or textured rosewood veneer para may dating.

Sa BS speakers , when we usually setup, it goes well with a stand. I got a 3 legged speaker stand over the weekend and placed a gooseneck led warm white sa ilalim to see the effect. Ang ganda!

I can just imagine sa ilalim ng plates may downlight provisions with cable runs so if plan to design stands later to match your speakers, i hope you can make provisions for those (which allows pull wires so we can route the speaker cables sa loob ng stand to make it really clean na setup, it makes excellent accent to show off the stand or if wood and stand, show off its texture and grain.

Same goes if you wanted to start showing the same grains and patterns ng curved sides ng speakers, I find accent lights on wood reveals and would be a nice option for dimly lit rooms.
