got the Genesis center today, pero di ko pa makabit sa setup ko ... it will have to wait until the AV rack is adjusted ... ganda talaga ng tunog ng Omega, inabutan ko kanina na nakasalang ... btw, meron na ba nag-test ng Genesis sub - how does it compare with the more popular brands here in PDVD?

Maganda din yung Genesis Sub - dual sub siya.  One sub located in front on top, the other at the bottom together with the port.  Had a couple of tests with it - one with the my bookshelf then with my Genesis Center.  We tested it with the movie Inception.

Just a suggestion lang naman Brader Anthony. Since we miss your DIY world and we wanted to do DIY project by building speaker enclosure of your design and by selling speaker kit on pre-cut for assembly just like the one on the pix.

Yesterday, I visited Anthony's showroom in Pasong Tamo because I have a friend from Business World Magazine who interviewed the Master.



I hanged in the showroom for maybe 4-5 hours soaking and listening to the Genesis 2.0 and Omega bookshelves.

Genesis 2.0 Bookshelves


I first listened to the Genesis 2.0 bookshelves. Detailed & punchy but still very sophisticated sounding.
This is an awesome follow up to the previous Genesis. Excels in both music and movies.
It's like Anthony married the old Genesis and David. Genesis 2.0 is the result.

Genesis 2.0 Floorstander


The Genesis 2.0 FS naman sounded just as great but with a punchier bottom end.

Genesis 2.0 Center


The Genesis 2.0 Center also delivers. Dialogue was crisp and clear. I never felt I had to hear too hard to understand the dialogue.

And finally the Omega which I forgot to take a picture of.

The Omega was on a whole other level. The soundstage was open and spacious and the vocals sounded sooo sweet. The guitars were detailed but exhibits warmth. The piano floated around the room and made its presence felt. The Omega I must say is a very transparent and airy sounding speaker. It will truly bring out the best of good recordings. The binding posts are also something to marvel at.
And now I have set my eyes on a new goal.
