Hi everyone!

Hope everyone is feeling great...

Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know that we had an incident last night. The customer arrived in the showroom and auditioned our speakers. Syempre, we will welcome you with open arms because we wanted to let everyone hear the beauty of our workmanship. The problem was, he cranked up the volume so much of the onkyo where the genesis set up is connected and MK500 for the Omega na parang kang nasa club. Sabi ni Abi sorbang lakas daw talaga. And si Abi lang ang nandun and babae pa. Di na nya ma-awat. Bitin daw sa bass yun Omega and Genesis kaya kelangan lakasan ng todo... R&D na kami sa Pro speakers and yun pwede natin siguro itodo...

Grabe, nakakainis lang and sana di nasira yun mga equipment namin. Yun speakers madali ayusin eh!

Anthony, there is a saying in business "The Customer Is Always right". There are ways to Handle Such kind of Customer. You need to implement "Salesmanship". Train your people especially in your Demo room on how to Handle situation like that.
- You can simply told him, Sir this Speakers are not designed for OUTDOOR Application as you want, you can suggest for other models for such application........hehehe
Then ask kung saan gagamitin, baka naman sa Sinehan or Disco House hehehe.
Marami ka pa ma me-meet more worse than that! Ok lang sana kung bibili hehehe

So many different People in this World, some doesn't know the Difference between "Manners and Ethics" but still, Customer is Customer and you need them if you want Business!!!

Well, I find that rude. Buti di nagalit yung mga katabi niyo? Wala namang nasira sa equipment?

But as suggested let's have Abby and the others know how to handle this in a civil way. We're learning here.

proud owner of the new genesis now! sorry sir anthony about the hassle sa deal natin, ako po yung kumuha nung maple (nde po ako yung nag todo ng onkyo/mk500 ha) hehehe.

Dapat Brader Anthony may video camera na yong shop mo. Para ma review mo rin kung sino yong customer na yon para atleast aware na kayo. Bad Trip yong crank up the volume.

I think so too, Mon. But it happens. I agree that we should train Abby more although she told the customer that not to crank up the volume too much...

There will always be characters like that or worse. Hehehe, bigyan mo ng remote control si Abby para ma-overrride niya yung volume kung ayaw sumunod.

teka, medyo napaisip ako dito ah. antok na ako pero try kong makatulong...

tama lang na hindi kayo (Anthony Audio) namimili ng customer/visitor kaso ang visitor ang may problema. tsk tsk tsk...

it helps kung may babala posted somewhere pero may mga taong dedma lang nila yun. pasaway ika nga.

this kind of hobby ang inaasahan ko "may alam" ang titingin. kaso meron din namang nagmamagaling o sadyang pasaway lang.

my suggestion:
- kung si ms Abi lang ang nasa room baka pwedeng walang demo at politely tell the visitor/s na lang to wait for the right person to assist later. kaso naiipit din naman kayo sa sasabihin ng tao na, "ano ba yang shop na yan?" but ganun talaga kesa naman masira ang precious gears nyo.
- wag iwanan ng solo si ms A ng matagal at basta magpapasok ng kung sino lalo pa at mostly lalaki. mahirap na.
- put signs something like these:
-- "If you crank up the volume and damage anything, consider it sold". something like that.
-- "We have neighbors with sensitive ears so let's play moderately" para bang "drink moderately"

taga PDVD ba yung si "crank"

only thing i regret..... is nde pa yung wood veneer ang kinuha ko!!
