Not really avoid but make it your last choice if you can. Anya's monoprice hdmi is much cheaper and high speed at that.

Yup, got a blue one from him. It has ferrite cores too.

Avoid these cables like the plague. They're very prone to signal dropouts at random times.

CDRKing HDMI cables are just like any other cables out there. It will just work or it won't.
Try checking the item first before leaving the store so you could be sure that you don't get a bad cable.
Been using it in my PS3, Asus O!Play Mini media player, so far so good.
We don't need expensive ones that says it displays better than the cheap ones.
Just google CNET's guide to HDMI cables and you'll be enlightened.

i have 2 hdmi cables from cdr king (yung mesh type and yung non) both are good cables..am using it for my ps3 and nmt for a few years now and so far so good..meron rin ako from samsung bd player mas manipis sya..wala naman rin problema and difference sa output..sa pagkakaalam ko digital is digital either it will work or it wont..

brad juanch i forgot the brand, bought it at Cardinal Audio for 700+ nice sound and clear pic. with regards to my friends set up walang problem with the unit (brand new) in fact ang akala nya nakamura na sya with the cdr-king but the truth is napamahal pa kasi bumili sya ulit ng bago and this time branded na. I agree with Don Miguel, probably last option na lang talaga or pang emergency just in case nagkaron ng problem yung current hdmi mo pampalit lang pra di ka mabitin sa movie or sa audio na pinapakinggan mo.

I have good experience with CDRKing HDMI cables.  They're better than the stock HDMI cables which came with my Cignal HD STBs, or Kaiboer 1055+.

Basta HDMI, usually CDRKing or kay sir anya lang ako bumibili.  Although marami na ring murang cable sa iba, like what they sell in DataBlitz and Electronics Boutique.

I have one, I had it for almost 3 years now.

So far, its the best one I had (cheap and reliable - not that I have expensive cables to start with.. For HDMI, i only used the one that comes free with the HD device. I only bought one because the PS3 does not come with a free HDMI cord. 

So far, it's done what it's supposed to do. Send audio and video. It sends DTS MA and 1080p with no problems, I tried swapping cables and found no difference in sq or pq.

Yung CDR King HDMI cable ko after a year or so nasira na Akala ko sira yung box ng Cignal HD box kasi walang picture and sounds na lumalabas sa tv. Nung pinalitan ko ng ibang HDMI gumana naman yung Cignal. Need to replace the other HDMI now. Pero most likely will get from CDR King pa din

I bought one yesterday sa db...

195 pesos, exactly the same ng sa cdr king. no hand shake issues, works well.

Pero unlike sa cdrking - wala pila

yung orange yung hdmi.

1 meter wala ako nakita ehh..

1.8 meters sir kinuha ko, although they have longer ones there (399 ata yung 5 meters)

The only bad experience with an HDMI cord I had was with the free one from egreat.

egreat hdmi + onkyo avr + sony bravia = handshake issues.

so, pinag palit palit ko mga wires ko. hehehehe.. The egreat hdmi went to the ps3 instead.

later on, napansin ko, minsan nawawala yung sound after mag laro ng game, me handshake issue sia.

So, i replaced it with a cheap one from db. so far so good

The egreat cable looks the same naman din (plus yung egreat na brand sa hdmi plug), although its smaller at 1 m, and kulay red
