Pioneer Kuro LCDs coming soon

Due this fall are Kuro-edition LCDs, combining Pioneer's ultra-thin speakers and exacting picture quality standards with screens built by Sharp (hopefully this time sans-banding issues) that should see release Europe first.

The KURO LCD TV range is 'HD ready 1080p' compliant with 100Hz frame mode, offering an unmatched fast moving picture performance. What is more, the LCD TVs feature an anti-reflective filter, triple HDMI 1.3 support and a specially tuned, high-standard picture quality.

This latest Pioneer product is available in three sizes: 32 inch, 37 inch and 46 inch and differentiates itself from KURO plasma TVs in terms of design with an attractive 'aluminum look' finish.

The KURO LCD TVs are available in three sizes of which the 32-inch and 37-inch TVs will be on sale as of August, the 46 inch model will be launched later this year.

anyone know the difference between the kuro and the elite kuro? yung mga binebenta ba dito nila e-reply and nemessis kuro lang? hindi pa elite? the sites i'm looking at kase are the US sites and iba yung mga model numbers.

We also sell US model Elite KURO: PRO150HD Full HDTV.

The Elite Kuro has non reflective screen. It also presents deeper contrast than the Asian LX series.

Pioneer has done something new with it’s extremely popular and multi award winning Kuro plasma range, by adding some LCD displays into the Kuro mix. Their new Kuro LCDs are being marketed as “LCDs for smaller screen sizes” (32-46) while their plasma panel HDTVs with be for the larger sizes (50 and 60-inches).

The Pioneer Kuro LCD HDTV range are all full HD 1080p resolution and support 100Hz frame mode for great fast moving picture performance. The LCD screen features an high contrast anti-reflective layer, three HDMI 1.3 inputs and has been specially tuned by Pioneer for a very high standard picture quality. The LCD Kuros will be available in three sizes, the 32-inch Pioneer KRL-32V, 37-inch Pioneer KRL-37V, and the largest of the LCDs, the 46-inch Pioneer KRL-46V.

The LCD range differentiates itself from the Kuro plasmas in the design department with an “aluminum look” design. Upon reeving more information and images from Pioneer, we can confirm that all sets will have a 1080p resolution, 24p, 100Hz processing, Kuro Link, PC input, 176° viewing angle, 6ms response time (the KRL-46V, 4ms) and a swivel stand.

i love the black aluminum finish of the new kuro lcd's, but im not really into the swivel stand, looks kinda lame.
