I think rape jokes can be funny if written/delivered the right way in a certain context. The joke Vice Ganda said was NOT FUNNY. It was a cheap fat joke first and foremost. Which is no surprise because I don't think Vice Ganda is funny at all and I do not get his appeal.

Nothing to do with him being gay.

It is never funny to make fun of somebody's imperfection.  Does it really make the joker feel better for doing that.  Does it make the joker feel far more superior?
