His lawyer will file a motion to grant bail on the ground that the evidence of guilt is not strong.  Very unlikely that any judge will grant the motion.  Naka-media na kasi ang kaso, high-profile ang private complainant, rich & powerful ang accused; pag nagbigay ang judge ng bail, sasabihin ng tao corrupt ang judge. 

Yari yan, malamang motion denied.  Magpahinog ka sa kulungan ngayon.

Alam nila na may CCTV.  Mahina lang ang ulo, akala nila walang magagamit na evidence pag ang CCTV ay puro outside of the condo unit.
 
Besides, hindi naman akalain ni Cedric na aabot ito sa ganito.  Akala niya, magpa blotter ka lang, tapos na problema.  Mahina ulo e.  Sa baberya yata nakuha yung legal advice.
