By the way, IL be getting a BR1 to replace the rear Dai-Ichi speakers I have. You can see from the pic, any suggestions on speaker placement I can do for the rear BR1? Should I mount the bookshelf speakers pointing at each other (east and west?) I look forward to your suggestions and help. Tnx!

I was eyeing an Atlantic Technology Sub before. Then I got this M&K MX-90 Sub which I sold to RJ

which I regret selling.

I would suggest not to point the BR1 at each other. Try to set it up just slightly above ear level facing your front speakers. A good surround should not be localized. Others say it should give you the sense of "Hindi mo alam kung saan nangagaling yung sound"

Hi kefq! Yes, RJ is my brother in law. He bought his subs pala from you. Great subs...very deep and tight bass. It shakes the house during our Sunday gatherings when we watch movies. It's really hard to let go of your old speakers pero i'm sure you will find another sub to keep for a long time.

Ako din I want to upgrade my sub. IL get the B&W 610 if available na satin. As of now wala pa when I checked with SGT.

You mean Sir REL T1 is only for Bedroom set-up? What about other location seguro mas astig....

I also own Denon AVR-2802 which is now in Pinas. What are the new features of 2808 (sorry I lost track of new models).

Lance, Congrats on your REL sub. You wont regret buying that! Mine is a Strata5 and its 2 years old already.
I compared this to a Velo 15R before and my taste goes to the REL. More deep and defined. Nice setup too bro

Yes it for my bedroom. I do not have a separate set up for audio YET. I MIGHT but not QUITE. hehehe. Masyado na magastos.

About the 2808, first time Denon user here. I do not know the 2802 functions. Siguro lamang lang sa Audyssey ang 2808. Tatanda at lilipas din ito.

Thanks Platinum! I try not to think about the price and just enjoy my movie experience. I can't wait until it is fully broken in. Medyo matigas pa siya but already better than my previous sub. Your Strata must be really at its fullest potential. 2 years run in! Ganda na sobra. Enjoy RELative!
