bro, sorry, I just checked my AVR again.

its my AMP that doesnt turn on until fully powered yung AVR. apparently thats a safety feature of my AMP.

plugged in another 110v appliance it tama ka turned on nga agad, so I think thats how the AVR is talaga.

i dont see any problem with it naman for as long as you turn on your TV once na boot up na yung AVR.

i believe the delay is only for the 220volts outlets...but it depends on the model of the Yaden, thanks!
