hmmm....
no doubt the svs as eq-1 will be the most sophisticated equipment when it comes to sub eq with its partnership with audyssey. pero mas mahal ata sya (not sure) because the antimode does not come cheap too. but what i have read sa av forums is the relative ease of use of antimode vs. the svs eq when it comes to auto calibration.
i am really a stupid and impatient person when it comes to this calibration thing and anything that can make me just sit back and let the thing work for me is definitely welcome.

yup, the AS-EQ1 is about twice the price i got my Velodyne SMS-1 for ... but there are quite a few things that make it worth the entrance fee:
1) 32 listening positions (you can use multiple positions for each seat - so you can lean back/forward and side to side)
2) dual discrete subwoofers
3) the auto-EQ on the audyssey is just plain smarter
