I'm still making notes on the different genre when played on these preamps.
But to put it simply, the Aikido gave the "round up" orchestra a clear, crisp and live sound with the highs not too hurting on your ears. The instruments are well identified on the RS6.
The enclosed preamp gave the RS1 a tight crisp sound and thickened mids a bit making it sound more like a floorstander. Galing!
Nawala din yung sobrang brightness ng highs nya when hooked up directly to a solid state integrated amp.
I would imagine that both will get even better sounding as I break in the speakers and gears.
