Nice and clean set-up! Na-calibrate na ba ang pj mo?

By the way, John Mayer fan ka rin pala! 

hehe parang 3D animation ang dating sir . . .

Nop di pa calibrated, mata-mata lang . . . in-adjust ko lang pag may napansin ako mali sa colors, brightness, etc . . . tapos save sa memory.

yep oks si J. Mayer . . . pero mas gusto ko dati nyang albums . . . BTW, trailer lang yan downloaded from PSN store. Wala pa ako ng blu-ray nyan

from the screen to the sweet spot(middle of the couch) its about 4m. . . . if you look at the screenshots, the view is pretty much like it.

Thanks Jay . . . design ko lang yan cabinet  tapos pinagawa ko sa Handyman, meron kasi dati woodshop ang Robinsons Pioneer branch.

hmm review? . . . naku bro hehe dito din lang ako nag-rely sa mga personal reviews bago ko binili yung plasma & projector. As usual pareho may pros & cons pero mahirap yata i-review kasi bukod sa size magka-iba talga ang gamit ko sa dalawa.
When it comes to gaming its advisable to play w/ lights on and I also use plasma for cable viewing. Pero pag movies nothing beats a bigger screen pa din.

Thanks for the concern Luther.  My theater seats hasn't arrived yet but Cosmotech promised to deliver 2 pairs of demo units while my theater seats are still in transit. At least we met halfway.

yep . . . just have a safe viewing distance fr. the screen and dont use both at the same time , so you can still roll the screen down.

great set up sir, like alvinh, was thinking of the same set up for screen so that i don't have to wall mount my lcd anymore. may i know your projector screen size, ceiling height and viewing distance? in my case kasi my maximum viewving distance is 9 feet. thanks.

Isip ko lang kung pwede i-base ang color ng projector dun sa picture color ng plasma. Kumbaga yung plasma display, since libre naman ang pagpapacalibrate nito sa ibang shops, baka pwede dun ikukumpare ang color accuracy ng projector. Para yung pambabayad sa magcacalibrate pambibili na lang ng plasma

projector screen size ----- 80" diag. (72")
ceiling height ------------ 8ft. (1ft. lower yung top edge ng projection sa 16:9)
viewing distance --------- 12ft.
