Hmmmmm...with your room configuration, I believe that you can tapering (ceiling) side for the gears and front speakers.  The tapered side will prevent the ceiling sound reflections from reaching the sitting positions (tama ba?).   How low is the tapered side of the room?  The reason is that the level side will be good for the listening/gathering area.

I've yet to verify the actual dimensions but it should be around 2.7 meters per side, with the angle being close to 45deg i think. The problem is there seems to be an un-plastered wall, at least on the side where i did an ocular. The only easy access is through my daughter's bathroom. Perhaps i can use the tapered area for the stockroom instead?
I've yet to retrieve the plans from the company that did the renovations. Can't wait to start doing actual measurements hehehehe... touchdown manila by next week bro  ;D
