Hi Sir Oldboyracer! Finishing stages na rin yung HT and house. Room painting is now on the final stage, toilets being installed etc... Hopefully matapos na construction first week of March!

The HT room itself is still bear. After this month/summer lipat bahay naman.

Hi John, no problem, I'm from the UK & now resident in Cebu. My wife speaks Bisaya but not very good at Tagalog. Once the house is complete my 1st upgrade will be learn the language  .
