This is sufficient for a low power build. A 65w tdp processor or lower and an entry level dedicated GPU would likely do well in this casing. A Celeron G530 and a Radeon HD 6570 or something similar would work great here.

The power supply and thermals could not support a high power build. The clearance for the heatsink also prevents you from putting taller heatsink/fan assemblies. Some taller heatsinks (even stock ones) won't fit.

No. It just happens that the Element Q that DTNS mentioned is designed for low power builds.

This is a good casing which you can fit in your AV Rack and the price at P1400 is practical enough

^^ I am currently using that casing (black). Low profile version, if you are going to use VGA card, it must be low-profile.

The HD is mounted upside-down (when you lay the casing horizontally), which does not affect performance.

I have installed an Nvidia GT520 and an ATI HD6450 low profile with this casing.
