Orange HD 2009 with HDMI - ok ba?
« on: Oct 21, 2008 at 04:27 PM »
I have seen this unit with HDMI.  I have not seen any box or manual of this sa store sa Makati cinema since sa bangketa lahat naka display.  This player has a fan inside, just like pang PC.

anybody using this for 1080p?  i was thinking to get tis or the extreme, as reviewed in the other post.

Per the post of Barrister, Orange DVD Players are known to be Region Locked, so better bring an R1 & R3 disc. :(
I've seen one in Raon, but it's an old model, hopefully, they've done away with region locks. ;)

bought one.  1900.  wont play poorly burned discs and skips after a couple of hours.  opened it despite warranty risk to clean lens manually and found its fan motor too small.  left case open and it has performed well ever since cleaning and proper ventilation but still wont play poorly burned discs from quiapo

compatibility of orange getting worse.  playability of p. discs from quiapo is even better in my branded philips player
