Xtreme Portable DVD

I won an Xtreme Portable DVD in our 2007 x'mas party; frequency of usage is once or twice per month. When I operate it now, nag reset lagi; "OPEN CD" lagi.... Can anyone provide the official service center of the Xtreme DVD, please. TIA !!
