I have paid 350 pesos (ppv) through metrobank yesterday, nov 12 and the cignal partner who installed my cable said to text them the payment details. i had a very bad feeling that it has not been activated yet so i made inquiries on how to know if it has been activated. after much sending of text messages without reply i had finally received a text message from them today:
"Sir, kayo po ay sa metrobank nagbayad kaya wala po akong control sa accnt nyo, naforward na po namin lahat ng details nyo sa head ofc , eto po number, 028956353, try nyo po magff up din sa kanila. Kung sa ofc po namin kayo nagbayad kami po ang magloload. Pag po metrobank, head ofc. At nagff up lang din po kami ng mga text ng mga subscriber"
Going to the Cignal main office would not help either because the numbers posted to contact them are all unreachable. 3 landlines are all darn busy and the 2 smart numbers are out of coverage area
My last resort now is to email them...
I hope I can still watch the fight on Sunday..
My message to Cignal or Mediascape:
WAG KABIT LANG NG KABIT! TAKE CARE OF YOUR SUBSCRIBERS!! THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS OF THIS SCALE SHOULD BE RUN!
