had my hd subscription since april 2011
my humax hd box twice na naging unresponsive kahit mag power cycle ako and hugot sa outlet...
the solution: i do not know how it happened but biglang nagiging ok na lang after ilan hours ko iwan for work...
several times na din nawawalan ng signal kahit clear skies
sometimes i wonder kung pinutulan ako ng cignal kasi lagi ako kinukulit to settle my monthly bill kahit na settle ko na and have no outstanding balance at may nakuha pako na txt confirmation na settled na..
hd channels often get pixelated kahit un signal strength and quality ay ok
have instances on clear skies the signal quality fluctuates between 40 and 60. as in up and down un bars nya every second or so...
hd video quality on a good day ok maganda albeit medyo washout kahit ano gawin ko sa picture settings ng hd tv ko
audio quality ng sd at hd ANG PANGIT esp pag nakakabit sa avr. sometimes un audio ng hd ay stereo lang sometimes sa left channel lang and yes i use the optical cable connection ng humax dahil via hdmi hindi hd or digital ang audio. mas ok pa na direct sa tv na lang ang audio para hinde ganun kahalata ang poor audio ng cignal. madami pa kami ng wife ko rants about the audio...
cignal hotline we called a million times for technical support etc... but always busy and many times nka hold kmi ng 15 sometimes 30 mins then the line just gets cut off.. so in short wala pa kmi nkakausap sa hotline nila.
ay if only meron alternative hd provider sa laguna... but since wala tiyaga tiyaga na lang sa cignal.
