I recently availed of the Cignal Prepaid HD Plan 590 via Dish Enterprises.
In only three (3) weeks of service, I encountered two (2) problems already:
- Error message of "Please insert SIM card" even if the card is inserted
*Took 6 days before service was restored (eventually Dish Enterprises replaced Receiver Box)
- No channels/signal being received in HDMI mode, despite Receiver (replacement one that was provided) having Power
*Took 3 days before service was restored (advice of technician was to never turn OFF the Receiver Box via the remote. If turning OFF, just unplug it from the wall socket)
Has anybody experienced these problems, sirs? If so, what did you do to have the problem resolved? Did you contact Cignal directly, or did you contact the vendor where you got your Prepaid/Postpaid account?
