Detailed Comment First of all, thank you for the transaction.  We're happy with the unit.

I, however, have some feedback for you on the course of our transaction, please keep an open mind.
First of all, I was disatisfied with our Q&A on the media players.  What's the difference between the HD & HD2 models? Ang sagot, "pare-pareho lang yan."  any specifics po?  "mas mabilis 'tong isa."

Second, I would have appreciated better customer service from you by informing me that the harddrive is not yet ready/available for pick-up at our designated time.  It was inconvenient and time consuming to drive to your store during Christmas rush and only to be told to come back two/three hours after kasi "hindi nyo alam kung ready/nasaan na yung harddrive."

Third, would have appreciated if inquiries made other than the media player were addressed in a better fashion.  It felt like I was talking to a tree - There was hardly any verbal response about descriptions on the available HT speakers/receivers you sell.  Ang sabi, i-email ko na lang sa inyo ano meron.
Nakaligtaan nyo ata na mas maayos ang usapan kasi andun na ako - naka-hook-up na ang unit, nakikita na, na-audition na sa harap ko kaysa mag babasa sa internet.

Anyway po, thanks for the unit.  Hope you can tweak your customer service better.
