HISENSE tv caught my attention having their stunning display on major appliance store here in manila The picture quality is also nice and i search it from net this is global brand they have also in america, canada europe and australia...is HISENSE tv is also good or not?
-
I also want to buy that Hisense led tv because of cheap price.
Pero i want to ask someone na nakabili na nitong tv brand if ok ba siya?
Tatagal ba siya at wala ba major issue like ghosting.
Sana meron makapag bigay information base sa experience nila about this tv brand.
-
isa lang distributor niyan.. palagi may 50% off sale yan sa main office nila.. mabilis masira and goodbye pera..

Thanks AC for the WARNING!
I would never patronize brands that employ such sleazy sales tactics...it,s a giveaway for Poor Quality products!
-
no problem guys... :D
imbis na ganyang marketing ploy they should have just giving pinoydvd a discount members a discount/promo.. baka ma-encourage pa tayong bumili.
-
According to the salesman, Hisense is the maker of Devant ;D
For a gaming TV, Devant is OK. I had a Devant as my "other TV" and never had problems with it for 3++ years. So if you're looking for a low end, "other TV" in the playroom or some or room, Devant / or Hisense ( if it's true that they're the makers of devant ) would be a pretty OK choice. No problem with the PQ and other features. I'd say Devant is much better choice than the other China made brands like Prestiz, Changhong, Konka, etc...
But for your main TV, i'd say go for the branded since the price difference is not much anyway = LG and SAMSUNG are dependable brands that use quality processors for their TVs...
-
Based on my friend's Devant LED TV, ok naman siya, using it up until now, mga 4-5 years na rin. As far as I know, he had it seviced at their Tondo/Binondo service center, but only due to a dirt stuck inside the panel. Other than that, wala namang iba nang problem until now.
The Hisense brand I'm not sure though.

FYI: AC how there you to say na pakawala ako ng devant do you read my post clearly? i said hisense tv caught my attention.. and there is a question if this is good also. im not encouraging people to buy hisense its their choice its their decision instead im asking pa.. and i want you to know i have a devant tv 50" led if hisense and devant is the same meaning that hisense is a good brand also cause devant make a mark in philippine market..
-

Try to search for Devant feedback sa google. :)

who wouldnt think your from devant sir? check out your posts... 18 posts all about devant and now hisense.. pag magkukunwari po kayong forumer.. i-buildup niyo naman konti yung character niyo na kunwari enthusiast talaga.. lahat po kasi na post niyo about devant.. saying how good it is..
distributor is in juan luna... world trade exchange building..
brands po nila is... nextbase, devant and hisense...
im a real forumer/enthusiast like most forumers here... na lagi nagtitingin ano pinaka sulit.. ano maganda.. ano matibay.. at ano abot kaya.. i will get nothing in return by warning co-forumers not to buy these brands.. but gusto ko lang makatulong sa forums..
im sorry... but very bad po talaga ang quality devant.. ito.. nakita ko lang.. but i have friends and relatives who have bought devant... and... 50-50 talaga ang chances mo.. kaya i would never put my hard earned money on devant.
http://kenerdel.wordpress.com/2012/11/11/never-buy-devant-tv/
sa nextbase ok lang eh.. maliit na pera lang mawawala if we buy this china dvd player with local brand.. kahit 2 to 3 time ang presyo niya sa no-name brand... its not that much... 1k to 2k at most lang..
pero sa devant kasi... were talking about 10 to 50k? maybe 80? i have seen 80k devants noon..
style lang nila.. maganda presentation.. masmalaki siguro commission(compared sa ibang tv brands).. well admittedly.. maganda naman tignan tv nila... ipipilit nila sayo yung brand... i remember noon nung nagtanong ako 80k i forgot ilan inch.. 46" yata.. tapos... samsungs nasa ganun din.. maybe mas mura pa... but hahatakin ka nila.. but sir.. ito may free tv... 32" worth 30k... ayun.. dun na nila tayo try maconvince... bilhin product nila..
i like looking at tvs... kahit no plan bumili... baka kasi may good deal.. alam mo naman pag mahilig sa tv.. always wanting to upgrade... mga salesman hinihila lagi buyer to devant.. one time ready nako bumili... hinila ako sa devant.. nagdemo... tapos pinangdemo niya pa.. sd na cartoons.. sinasabi niyang maganda... i dont know ano sinasabi niya.. lagi nila sinasabi pixelating daw ang ibang brands...
btw.. i didnt say they are the same tv.. but rather distributed by the same company.. which i heard nagbago ng name lately..
ano model po 50" devant mo sa bahay? how old na? ilan devant naba nabili mo?

I'm amazed on what i had that's why i post here and comment and encourage them buy also devant because that's the truth kung yung sinasabi mo bout sa negative feedback sa devant sa internet i read it also before i buy devant before and that was 2012 post pa he encountered 1 model which is 32 inch lang pero kung babasahin mo lahat yun marami ding comment na ok kesa sa negative. and somebody post i think that is a technician which is not connected to devant binara nya lang yong kernerdel kasi mukang kulang sa knowledge, but the point here is about hisense not devant ok? If you ask me how old it is wala pang isang taon but don't worry my relatives have a devant tv also at 4 yrs na sa kanila wala pading sira..Anyways ginagalang ko opinion mo about sa mga tv na to pero wag mo sanang lalahatin or say it generally because devant matagal na sa market and im sure marami ding tao satisfied and ok sila all over the philippines.
Uulitin ko im not from DEVANT or HISENSE because i have a work na baka magulat kapa kapag sinabi ko..hope this message will end for us.
-
sir.. im sorry.. i dont like their service..
i dont know if nakakapunta ka sa office ng devant/hisense.. (worldtrade building) i work kasi sa same office building... dati may promo na nakapost sa baba.. so madami nagabang sa mga kilala ko bumili at very unhappy.. kaya naging private joke namin pag low quality or sira ang gamit we call it "devant". mga nakakasabay ko sa lunch from nearby offices natatawa pag nagkkwentuhan kami.. hehe natatawa tuwing napapagusapan devant..
hisense is a respected brand in china... i hope techpoint or what ever they are called now... hindi sirain ang brand dahil sa bad service tulad ng ginawa nila sa sarili nilang brand na devant..

Just bought last month the Hisense 50K610 Smart TV and 3D. Best priced 50-inch LED TV with a lot of features. The TV also looks very good compared to other non- popular brands. I replaced my 40 inch Samsung LCD I bought 8 years ago.
Hisense is the same manufacturer of Devant. Hisense is a global brand but not very popular outside China. Their TVs have good reviews. Check reviews at walmart - http://reviews.walmart.com/1336/19416316/hisense-55-class-led-lcd-1080p-120hz-internet-hdtv-with-elegant-swivel-stand-1-5-ultra-slim-reviews/reviews.htm. I can't find any review in the Philippines. There are also good reviews in australia. Hisense also was recognized in the recently concluded CES 2014. Hisense is just like Samsung and LG 10 years ago. Sony who used to be the leader is now behind these brands or even lower than the others in ranking. Just like CDRKing, they started with cheap and poor quality products but they now have improved over the years. Hard to judge only by brand now adays. Even the best brands have their faults and complaints in products and service. Hey, everything else is made in China!
I have friends and relatives using Devant and they are totally happy with it. They have had some of their TVs for the last 5 years and they are still in good working condition.
Others don't trust the brand but others who bought it was attracted to the price and features. You cannot find today any other tv with those features at that price. I can buy two of this Hisense TV over the price of a Samsung TV with the same size and features. With the two year warranty [home service], I don't mind it breaking down if ever at the onset. I have called their customer service and they are fine. They can answer questions and help out with any support concerns.
I would recommend this for budget conscious folks who want a 50-inch, Smart And 3D capable Edgelit[thin] LED TV. Check it out at Ansons before you buy it so you can experience it first hand. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with my new toy! I paired it with an entry level soundbar, a Yamaha YAS 101.

haha grabe naman. Kung may Agents of Shield, ito halatadong Agents of Devant/Hisense
-
hehehe super obvious naman mga ito

English level in this thread:God Like.
-
I have no problems trying out new/up and comer brands (so long as maganda yung build quality). The problem with these TV brands though, is their prices are too close or basically the same as those of more established brands.
-
Not enough to take the risk.
-
Personally I'm not interested in 2nd-tier brands, but I still need inputs so I 'll know what to say when friends and relatives ask about them.
Ang sinasabi ko lang sa kanila:
1. Ayos din ang PQ pag nasa appliance stores, pero compared to 1st-tier brands, baka mas malakas ang backlight bleed in a darker home environment;
2. Magkakaproblema ka siguro sa reliability, kasi ang internal components niyan mas mumurahin para mababa ang retail price;
3. Pero bakit mahal din yata? Baka malaki ang gastos nila sa salesman's commissions and higher mark-up incentive sa retailer.
I'm just guessing, so sana may legit posts din tayo dito para makapulot ako sa tunay na user comments.
-
Ako, Devant user for 2 years.
I have an LG LCD TV sa bahay, I think parehas naman ng quality, mas maganda lang talaga yung interface ng LG (yung settings interface and all)
-
Thanks for the input.
-
I researched for prices first and I think best bang for the buck at that time was the Hisense 50k610 Smart and 3D TV at P 35,000 cash price. i was looking at Samsung 46inch Smart and 3D Series 7 at P70k.

nung nahuli.. bigla nagpost ng kung ano anong post... sorry but you lost credibility..

@2gbuser
sir pag pumunta kau sa store tapos may 2 model ng TV - Samsung 51F5000(32k) and Hisense 50k610 (35k), ano po kukunin nyo? :)

That Samsung Model is Plasma. I will put it in my living room which is not recommended specially for bright areas. Also, the bezel is black and I want the silver bezel. My preference though in the look. I considered a Samsung 50-inch Plasma with a Free 32-inch LED but it was out of stock that time. My preference is really the Samsung but I do not have the budget for the models I like.

that's why it's too hard to take the risk for potential buyers.

Like with any other electronics, its always hit and/or miss, whether branded or not. I have a no name china flat panel TV which I used, and still use, for my PC for the last, god knows how many years, but still perfect working condition ;)

seriously though, I was gonna get a devant for my uncle almost a year ago. kaso got turned off with the price.
mas mura pa yung Panasonic brand 40" (or 42" ba?) ledtv (I think grey unit kasi kaya mura) by 4k pesos. kaya yun nalang niregalo ko sa kanya :D

got the 50" non-smart led hisense last december as a gift for my wife... works great insofar as video is concerned but the built in speakers just plain suck... hooked it up to the egreat i got from toys4geeks and an xbox via a pioneer 821 i got from hmr... lately, i've been using an android tablet running popcorn time to stream 1080p (if available... 720p if not) movies and tv shows to it...
i'd say i'm pretty happy with it... it's a replacement for an early generation samsung non-led 32"... did a side-by-side with my current 40" bravia and i can't see much difference in image quality... tempted to swap the 2 screens between our HTs but, as stated earlier, it's supposed to be a christmas gift to her...
things i like:
• image quality
• size vs. price
• video games don't motion blur (dunno what you call that feature),
• no backlight bleed
things i don't like:
• built in speakers
• too strong an LED indicator (taped it up) which is a pain when the room is dark
• bandwidth hog (need to stream/download 720p minimum as HDTV quality sucks at this size)
i do hope more lower priced alternatives come out... there are cases where the cheap alternative becomes better than the original... case to point: a Vespa PX150 vs. an LML Star 200... i'm now much happier with the LML as it offers a larger displacement and, more imporantly, 4-stroke engine vs. the PX at a much lower price...

I saw the Hisense 50inch Smart TV in a stand-alone shop near Landmark. Price was tempting, but still went for the smart LG LED.
Wifey was able to convince me to go branded since she was sure that I'm going to upgrade and sell in the future. She told me that it would be hard to sell the Hisense at a good price.

Kamusta yung Devant?
-
Ako paps, owner ng Devant, lagpas 2 years na. Never naman akong nagkaproblema. Swertehan lang din siguro.
-
December is just around the corner...expect good prices from the usual suspects...;)
-
Haha
-
give up on MaLing? never....... >:D ;D >:(
-
I will never buy chinese product, they bullying us for so long. period.
Wow... Not to be an @$$, but good luck with that. I cant even go to any part of my house without seeing a product that's made in china. Except the ta-kubets maybe.
-
Mabuhay!
I bought this unit a couple of months ago (pics under HT picture gallery) and its been going quite well. I am liking the quality but their really is a highly noticeable difference if i am to compare it with my plasmas. I am leaning more towards the quality of HD feeds on the plasma. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the hisense unit i bought will not be a nonsense in the long run. (knock on wood)
-
Up this, want to hear feedback from owners.

Kung same maker as Devant ang Hisense, does it mean common ang service centers nila?
I have a cousin kasi na accredited Devant service center/technician and he said na ang mahirap sa Devant, pag nasira matagal at karaniwan walang pyesa.
He's saying it's more practical to get an LG and Philips (service center din siya nito)

Mabuhay!
Thanks for the link. Hisense K600 is my first led tv and in terms of picture quality is acceptable. I dont have the luxury of putting it up against other led tvs to gauge picture quality side by side but i am sure there will be a noticeable difference comparing it to samsung, sony or mainstream brands.
(For me, plasma still gives the best picture quality)
Actually, before i made the decision it took me around 2 to 3 months, i also sent a pm to a couple of PDVD members for their POVs and browsing any info regarding my tv choices. (also, i had very limited budget) I was about to buy the samsung h500 (i am a plasma lover) but i ended up with hisense because I thought to myself, if plasma is going out might as well try a new technology.
I paired my hisense with a Cignal subscription and a sony bluray player and as of this time, it did not disappoint. I am so glad that it has a wireless internet connectivity. If i want to watch youtube i just pair it up with my iphone for faster browsing. It has a 2 year warranty. I can also view videos/pics from my laptop to the tv.
Challenges:
1) For its smart apps to work one must have at least more than 2mbps of internet connection, the higher the better.
2) Recently, i came upon this article https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA34488/why-has-skype-stopped-working-disappeared-from-my-tv
the reason why skype is no longer working on my tv.
3) I am hoping that the unit i have is not a lemon even beyond its warranty claim.
For those who have limited budget and would like to try china made tv, i would recommend hisense. But if in the future, plasma tv would still be around, I would definitely go plasma.
JMTCW
PS
if someone would ask "are you enjoying hisense?" I would say, OF COURSE, i am enjoying my experience with it. ;D
-
imho hisense good.. not yet popular brand.. i remember then goldstar(LG)/sharp/samsung were not branded... dati pag branded dapat sony/pioneer/toshiba.. hehe
sayang... bad local distributor...
-
-

Thanks for sharing sir, Xiaomi's TV is quite intriguing. I was convinced by my colleagues at work to research for feedbacks on Hisense since my wife is urging me to get one (since we're kinda steep on our budget atm).
I may need to scan some more before deciding on getting one or save up for a better brand of tv. Thanks for your comments and suggestions, keep 'em coming! Cheers!
-
Peace yow :P
By the way 4years owner of 40" devant lcd tv here and still kickin mas nauna pa nasira yung 32" samsung lcd tv
Im planning to buy a new one and im eyeing the 50incher of hisense and skyworth also a unknown brand pero 2years naman warranty kya medyo kinokonsider ko.hehe
P.S
Hindi po agent ng SKYWORTH ha
Peace :P
-
hmmm... if i were to invest in a non-mainstream brand for personal use, id probable choose:
TCL
Skyworth
Hisense
Yes, in that order.
-
How about MyView? is it considered a 2nd tier brand? Thanks!
-
common practice with OEM's they have sets for every social class,
so that in the end they end up with lots of sales....more money....
-
HAIER pala.
hmmm... if i were to invest in a non-mainstream brand for personal use, id probable choose:

I have 3 LED TVs, 42in Skyworth (bought at SNS Shang), 46in Haier (bought at Abensons St. Francis) and 50in Hisense (Ansons Ortigas). Best TV for me is Hisense very good PQ and sound almost 2 years na, then Skyworth 3 years na, last is Haier (2 years na) with poor PQ and tunog lata ung audio, medyo gusto ko lang ung free HT nya.
-
Devant is around 30k and you can surf the internet...
-
devant and hisense same dealer..
most devants skyworth oem... they market them po as made in singapore.. my guess is... ni hindi pa nakakarating ng singapore ang mga devant tvs na yan..
http://www.answers.com/Q/Where_is_Devant_TV_made
-
/\
I remember sir Vic from Sights and Sounds mentioning this.
-
Pero sa experience ko, since masyado na mahal ung Sony, Samsung at LG, Hisense gave me the best performance for the cheapest price.
-
that is no surprising..."masyado na mahal ung Sony, Samsung at LG...." parang lLevis lang.....:D
but like anything electronics, market driven ang production...
manufacturing is about making things that sell, it has always been like that...
so then, in order to sell to those who do not have that much money,
manufacturers think of ways to make cheaper goods for the masses,
in the end this is all business sense....
remember how Intel and AMD came up with their proccies?
ganun din lang sa TV.....you can enjoy without breaking the bank.....

I backread this thread hoping to get an answer if there is an hisense owner who could say if its a good buy or at least give a decent review. But it boiled down to DEVANT??? Only mojacko2002 gave us a reliable feedback (with pictures in the gallery). I know some members here are also pakawala naman of branded ones so please we need a true feedback from legit owners. If you're here for the DEVANT feedback again, please go to the DEVANT thread!
-
I guess that should give you a hint.Not a lot of people here would risk buying Hisense.Heck, I wouldn't buy a Devant,much more a Hisense. ;D

-
happy 50inch DeVant owner here and running more than six months now, no regrets....
the one thing i like about this one is i can go to you tube and play movies and film clips directly....
still i will not recommend anyone else to buy, you decide on your own... >:D
-
nothing wrong with generic as long as it is priced low... as it should be... imho lang..
devant is mentioned because it is same distributor as hisense who's service was seen unrealible according to alot of buyers..
wierd lang na sasabihin na pakawala ng branded ang prefer branded... ano yan? may branded tv association to fund that "pakawala"? hehehe
-
Im not sure but isnt hisense a big brand in china? Devant ata is generic thats locally branded as such?

aba eh kung multi millionaire ako,
hindi ko papansinin yang Devant na yan.... ::)

Alin ang maingay?? USB flashdisk should be silent. It has no spinning part unlike an HDD.

With the bonus season approaching, and my CRT TV in the bedroom acting up from time to time, I decided to start looking for a suitable replacement.
I chanced upon this brand when I asked the DÉVANT service rep at Anson's The Link branch which is their cheapest 40" smart LED TV. I also asked if their smart TV can access shared folders/servers in the same LAN. After pointing out some models he suggested going over to their Hisense area. As already stated in this thread, the rep said Hisense makes the DÉVANT units.
Their "K391" line runs android, the interface is eerily familiar--seems you're staring at your android phone and there is also the familiar Google Play Store icon. The remote has a pointer interface as well that functions like a mouse onscreen.
I knew beforehand that DÉVANT LEDs have built-in ISDB-T receivers, so I asked to see it work. I would like to state for the record though that I still do not have local digital broadcast reception capability at home so I do not have anything to compare Hisense's digital reception to. The rep connected an indoor antenna, the type that comes with the "black box" set-top receivers one sees in the appliance store displays. We only got reception from the ABS-CBN digital broadcast. The regular free-air ABS-CBN channel 2, and the "Sports+Action", although we can see the other ABS channels like Knowledge(?) etc in the channel list but due to the encryption could not view them. Curious that the 2 digital channels from ABS (regular ch2 and Sports+Action) are identified as 480i by the "channel description" which the TV shows for a few seconds after each channel switch. As for the GMA7 and TV5 digital broadcast, there was no signal reception at all--I guessed maybe digital signal broadcast in the area is not very strong since the only people who would view TV in the area are the hotel transients in the nearby Shangri-La and Fairmont establishments and they would have access to cable in their hotel rooms anyway so free digital TV broadcast would practically be useless.
The K391 is also 3D capable, and it has a very interesting ability to display in 3D even plain old hidef movies. The service rep let me try out their active 3D glasses (powered by a button cell battery) and the 3D effect works well--but as expected the "native" 3D video looks better than the "converted" one.
What I noticed at first glance is how the Samsung 40" smart LED (J5500) looks so much better than the Hisense. Of course I pointed it out to the rep. He said one reason might be the Samsung is playing a tailored customized clip designed to enhance its screen, while the Hisense plays a run-of-the-mill video. I can't say I fully agree with this, until I play the same movie/clip on both and then compare, but for now I think it's safe to say PQ is so much better on the Samsung unit. But I must also point out the Samsung was on the far wall about 25m away facing the glass wall while the Hisense had its back to the same glass wall and it was around lunchtime when I went there, so the daylight was probably affecting the picture quality of the Hisense a little bit.
The rep said he could lower the price to around 4K cheaper than the Samsung.
My primary TV at home is a 5yr-old LG 37 LCD which has been serving us quite well in spite of some backlight bleeding, seeing whole day actions on weekends and holidays. If I get a new and bigger TV, the LG would replace my CRT in the bedroom, so I'm a little worried if the Hisense being an offbrand would be able to stand up to the heavy use the LG is being subjected to 24/365. The safe bet is on the Samsung, of course--and it has all the same features as the Hisense except for the 3D capability and the digital broadcast tuner.
I just wanted to know more about the Hisense before buying so I figured I'd look it up in the PinoyDVD community. Didn't actually expect the brand has been having such a disastrous marketing campaign here. ;D

sa 4k difference.. i would get branded...
samsung sony lg toshiba sharp..
i did buy generic tvs.. because back then..
32" branded tvs started at around 80k while AOC and MAG were 35k
50" branded tvs were 40k and qube 50" was 25k and that was with android...
the earlier generics i bought.. i was pretty happy with them.. AOC and MAG... because... i cant really afford a 32" branded tv for 80k.. changing channels were slow but i was really excited to have an lcd.. more than double the price kasi..
the qube i bought.. ok ok lang... less than double ang price ng branded... iba talaga... picture is very washed out... channel niya magulo... parang lahat sinunod sunod 1,2,3,4 kaya iba ang channels niya compared sa ibang tv sa rooms... wifi ng android niya.. sobrang bagal ikli ng range.. dapat siguro within 5 feet sa tv... and hindi full bar yun... 2 bars lang.... also napakabagal.... ng android niya... and nag stutter mga plinaplay kong movies kahit sd lang... i noticed it.. but my family members did not.. but i didnt want to spoil it for them kaya didnt tell them na... imho... a few months later lumabas toshiba 55"L2300 yata.. bigger and priced nicely at 35k... should have gotten that.... hehehe
anyways.. nung nagpabili kapatid ko ng tv i bought a 47L2300 for them 21500php seems good value naman.. only downside i see.. is isa lang hdmi...
just pointing out... na... now.. masyado na malapit price ng branded sa generic

After reading posts and against all odds, I decided to get a 32 inch from hisense. I wen t alln9ver appliance stores, had the lowest price, with half of the price on installment. It's been about a week, I would say, it's pretty good. All settings are neutral at this point, color and Speakers are ok, loud and clear. 2 USB and 3 hdmi.
I called service center, which happens to be devant, to order another remote, deposited to their account yesterday, sent the dep slip via email, so should have it by tomorrow at the latest.
I am not a technical person, but specifically bought this for cable viewing, so far, looks good. Will update you all if I get to have any issues in the future.
-
it also caught my attention 50in smart 4k tv for just 25++
might be the cheapest in the market
-
Well, mahirap nga magbigay ng comment kapag di pa nasusubukan. Hisense TVs caught also my attention, so I decided to add this on my list para sa mga Car Audio and Video set up ko and it was started na first na gamitin ko ito since June 2015 at mga apat na kliyente na nakabitan ko ng 32" TV Hisense sa tsikot nila. :)

Bro, kamusta Hisense TV mo? I am cosidering to buy Devant but when I saw the brand Hisense and further checked they were the one who distributes their TV to Devant parang napaisip na naman ako since ang dami ko na nakikitang negative feedback. Yung nakausap ko na isang salesman sa Anson's said that the Devant is already being made here in Philippines so I was worried when he said like that. Now I am considering to check Hisense as well because at that time I didn't bother to check it out when we were going around to inquire. Just want to know if anyone here bought Hisense and if they happened to have problems like Devant?

Only the Devant nameplate is attached in the PH. They are basically HiSense sets. LOL!!!!

That's what I read and saw as well, been asking some friends in foreign countries like USA and Canada Hisense is being sold and distributed there. And asked them about Devant, they don't have completely no idea what brand is it and saw some reviews of Hisense as well and a lot of Americans gave a lot of very good reviews.
Now I just need to check it personally as I am more inclined to buy Hisense rather than the Devant now.
-
Add lang ko sa discussion, I have a Hisense K370 40'. Pero I can't review yet because 1 week palang sha. So far.. hinde nya kaya mag play ng mkv files. Working ung mp4 and avi with subtitles. After ko palitan okay paren sha. Maganda ung contrast nya. One more thing, wala shang soap opera effect. Nag iicp ko isoli based on the brand name. About Devant meron kami ng kuya ko... 4 years na okay paren, ung s kanya 5 years na. I'm using it as monitor, 27" lang ung sken.

Just saw their new 50K322 model which is 4k. Similarly priced vs. a 2015 49LF5100 from LG but basic full HD TV only. Anyone brought or tested it?
-
2 years warranty based dun sa seller.
-
Any review re. hisense? I am planning to buy 55k322 model at 29400 cash.
-
Any other reviews ng Hisense?
Daming good reviews sa net.. https://www.avforums.com/threads/overall-performance-of-hisense-k321.1991118/
Madami rin sa youtube.
I wonder if same yung panels ng models nila sa models dito.

Hi guys!
Just visited Robinson's Appliance Center - Davao during lunchtime...they're offering me a Hi-Sense LED TV, 32-inches from a little over P10K to P8,450...Planning to install in our baby boy's room. Is this a brand name worth investing? Thanks!

Was watching Euro 2016 and saw Hisense ads on the pitch and on the box score. Official sponsor pala sila nf Euro 2016!!
On further research, they claim theyre no. 3 sa global market. They have also acquired Sharp in Mexico and selling tv's under Sharp in America.
FYI lang guys but for me, I'd stay clear pa rin ng Chinese brand kahit mas mura ng konti. Samsung and LG pa rin ako since naglower na rin prices nila and known reliability and quality

Just bought a 55" Hisense 4k flatscreen for 32k at Robinson's Imus. Though I was well aware of the dearth of 4k material on the market, I thought I might as well future-proof my tv so I eschewed the FHD 55" TCL which was priced at 25k in favor of something I thought would be better. Previously, my Samsung 43" plasma conked out so I crossed the brand from my list, at least for the meantime.
During the store demo, I brought a bluray copy of GI Joe and they played it using a Samsung BD player. Even the other sales tech paused and watched as the set played the movie in sharp detail - no pixellation, vibrant colors all round, deep blacks, acceptable sound levels from the built-in speakers. Still, I had to run the set at home so once I had it set up, I played several BD movies and true enough, the PQ was STUNNING! Natural skin tones, deep reds and bright blues; even the HD channel shows were faithfully reproduced in sharp detail. I took it one notch higher and researched on the optimum picture settings over the net and voila! PQ improved tremendously.
Just this week, I watched Wimbledon at Fox3 (HD Sports Channel) and its almost surreal how the green grass at the Center Court was way deeper than how I previously saw it on tv. Even the players' faces with their pores and small scars were sharply visible! So this is 4k! A caveat though: there's a lot of judder when you watch fast-moving scenes from action movies and I am yet to remedy this using the smooth motion flow feature. According to the specs though, it was pegged at 800 so I might have missed the right calibration.
Yep, too early to tell whether this tv will survive my viewing habits but so far, I'm quite okay with it. Will post again should anything come up.

^^post ka sample pics sir :)

One question, have you tried playing movies from external HDD with SRT subtitle? I recently got 50UHV2000 and the subtitle displays VERY SMALL FONTS and can't be adjusted bigger. And I can't finish one full movie playing from USB wihout the TV hanging and restarting the movie.
Am not sure if it's a lemon or it's normal for this TV.
-
bro,
I have a hisense 24", no problem with playing movies via usb port (tested at 500gig only).
Truly a letdown in the sound quality and subtitle's 'very little fonts' :(
-
Admittedly, haven't tried playing movies thru my HDD yet. I've a disc collection (both hd & bluray titles) and I almost always gravitate towards those. Will try this weekend to watch movies using my Western Digital HDD and check whether the issue you experienced is also going to happen with my unit.Hopefully not (fingers crossed)....
As far as sound quality is concerned, I always use my HT system (Onkyo paired with Wharfedale Diamond 5.1 speakers) whenever I watch movies; even with the HD channels so I barely notice the sound quality although with regular channels, I use the pass-through feature and the sound is adequate for news broadcasts and other regular shows.
-
my friend who just got a devant discovered.. his unit is actually a 50" hisense..
he likes the sound quality compared to his old 50" prestiz.
-
How much did he get it for?
-
mahal kuha ng kaibigan ko 27200 yata.. tapos next day nakita ko may nagpost na for same price makakakuha na ng 55" na hisense or higher.. sayang din 5 extra inches

After reading through this thread and some online research, I finally pulled the trigger to but their new model 55K322, a 4K LED TV. Got it for 29,600 at Western Appliances in trinoma last Friday.
Had a lot of fun watching over the weekend. My wife and kids are very happy with the TV and picture quality.
Other options I considered were an LG 55UH600, a samsung J6200 and a sharp TV. But the hisense came out 12K cheaper than any other 4K branded TV. The TCL 4K is about 7-8K higher also at discounted rates. I really wanted to buy an OLED TV but decided to put it off until the prices come down a little more in a couple of years. So I thought of just buying a TV that would not be too expensive as I plan to upgrade in a couple of years anyway.
The movie codec of the USB ports is pretty much updated and is able to play HEVC files in addition to the usual MKV files. I also think the TV does a good job in up-scaling videos. Even my 720p files look great with the TV. What I noticed though is whenever you play a movie, it defaults to open the file to fill up the whole screen which sometimes stretches the picture. Ofcourse it can easily be adjusted through the picture menu.
Playing hevc UHD files through the USB was easy. The picture was great. I am coming from a 42 inch Panasonic plasma TV X20, and I have to say, I am highly satisfied with the colors of this Hisense TV even at default settings. Black is deep and I did not notice any back light bleeding while watching.
My only challenge with the TV is after connecting it to my receiver and activating the CEC option, I noticed that the TV would sometimes fail to launch its menu of options like the home button or the quick application launch buttons (i.e. netflix or youtube). Picture doesn't freeze or anything. It just doesn't display the menu options. Only solution I found so far is to turn the TV off and on using the remote. I hope it can be addressed by a software update to make this more stable and its not hardware related (small memory or ram).
Hope this helps others who are looking for a cost efficient 4K TV. ;D

How much is the 24inch model?
Got the 24WIS model at 7,200 last May 2015.
More than a year na pala.
From Anson's Makati, btw.

How are you finding the colors? Not over saturated?

I think PQ looks good.
-
How are you finding the colors? Not over saturated?
As long as you dont use dynamic setting. There is a theater mode setting also which is closer to the normal tone. I usually use normal setting lang when lights are on or during the day.
Over saturated? I think will depend on the viewer. I am a samsung cellphone user, one of the reasons I like Samsung is its AMOLED screen. So that might be an indicator of why I am okay with this TVs PQ at its normal setting.
I found some suggested settings in some review site. I will try the settings this weekend. Will post pre and post results when I figure out how to post pictures. hehe.
-
Actually, I bought one too. I bought it before the "promo" ended. Got it for 27200. I'm using it as a 2nd monitor for my HTPC setup in my room. Prior to this, i was using a Sony 40" 3D TV. Viewing angles of the Hisense unfortunately, are inferior to the Sony.
Color for me, out of the box are over saturated. The Sony was more natural for me vs. this hisense. I had a very hard time calibrating the colors out of the box. I researched quite a bit, before buying this. Hisense customer support told me that this TV supported 2160p @ 60hz @ 4:4:4 Full RGB. Pero it doesn't. Maybe it's my HDMI cable (but i just replaced it with a 4k @ 60hz HDMI cable from SG). It's only giving my 4:2:0 @ 60hz.
Anyway, I also saw those calibration settings on the internet. Doesn't work for me. I use "Game" mode which automatically turns off ultra smooth motion, noise reduction and adaptive contrast. For me, Game mode + warm + a little color adjustments give me the best color. I tried Theater + warm mode for a week, pero game + warm _ for my eyes at least, gave the best colors.
And 1 more thing.. my nvidia GTX 950 sees the tv as a 1080p native monitor. Not a 4k native monitor.

Ok sayo yung "Game" na picture setting sir?
Doesn't it usually slightly degrade video quality since the purpose of "Game" picture modes is to lessen, if not completely take away all additional aesthetic video processing to minimize video output lag?
-
No degradation in quality bro. Mas maganda pa nga yung colors eh, minimal lang yung adjustment ko vs. nung naka theater mode ako.
Video processing that is turned off is ultra smooth motion (120hz motion interpolation), noise reduction and adaptive contrast. All of which I just turn off in any mode i am in.

I'm planning to get the 40" 4K hisense.
I hope tama decision ko, hahaha.
It's for the bedroom, will replace a 21 crt, my concern na Lang is where to get it.
Option 1 is ansons mag net cya around 18750.
Option 2 sa olx seller, posted price Nya is 17990.
Any inputs?
Thanks!
-
They will give you a lower price vs. the OLX seller.
-
try mo Western appliances in case meron sa inyo. i got mine 2K cheaper from them than Ansons.
-
Yes mga sir, western mega is a little higher than the ansons (q plaza Cainta) price.
Thanks mga boss, and will update you sa outcome.
-
Dyan ako bumili. Sa Q-Plaza. They gave me a 200 peso discount vs. the lowest price na nakuha ko from other branches.

-
Yan nga ginawa ko, told the ansons rep na meron sa cash and carry 17350, then he asked his manager, 17500 lowest that they can give.
Pwede na ko sa price, rather than go to c&c which is farther than q-plaza.
Is this something na need ko ibalik? Deal breaker ba Ito?
Thanks!

so i made jump as well. as much as possible, i want to avoid china brand, china made but needed to have an immediate replacement of my toshiba acting as 2nd monitor and TV as well. either i go for non-china, china made (known brands) or down the bottom (not saying unknown hisense, dito satin siguro that is my impression)
at least assembled in RP. which i prefer - im sure parts are present here (assembled eh, again my impression).
ok on the picture quality, i think at par or at least a noth lower than sony, samsung, and lg. im not an expert on this but based on how i compared it side by side. on the menu, talo talaga as compared to the known brands. limited and not so much to fine tune. got the 32" pala @ 9300 installment/8300 cash. tag price is 11k. 2-year parts and labor warranty. onsite service too.
basic TV, no smart features, 720P. for secondary monitor and TV purpose. hope this short review help.

Just recently bought Hisense 32 inch led TV model k32370 for only 8500 at Western Appliances. First i made some research with this brand (they are actually supplier of parts for Devant and one of the top brands in China so i expect the same quality as we have an old model Devant 32 inch TV purchased in 2009 and still working properly though some of the first manufactured Devant LCD were actually from Singapore but now most Devant and Hisense TVs are now being assembled locally but that's not a problem given the 2 years warranty). I'm not actually a brand conscious and i guess when it comes to electronic device you can't really predict how long will the product last, i had this friend who bought a samsung 32 inch led TV which lasted only for 2 and a half years, and a brother in law who had this Sony Bravia 50 inch TV which lasted only for 3 years though some factors may also affect the lifespan of the product (usage, handling, not using an AVR, etc).
So far im very satisfied with the unit, great display, sleek design, can play formats such as mkv, avi, mp4,720,1080, etc.. and the unit has 2 USB ports.
tumagal lang at least 4 years sulit na sulit na though mas nakaka impress if mas tumagal pa.

May Hisense sa Australia and US. I'm waiting for this brand and Haier to release their HDR models. Kamusta po ito sa gaming?
Why do people insist on Game mode? I don't like it. Sa Sony ko, mas prefer ko yung Vivid, any type. movies or games. Need ko ang HDR model for my future ps4 pro.

Sharp is owned by Hisense. I read it on the Internet. It has no connection with Devant. Peace everyone!

Just bought one a few days ago and still in the process sa pag discover ng capabilities nito. 55k322 yung model na nabili ko po. Hope to get some info sa mga owners. Thanks!

Hisense sounds good given the feedback here, as well as the fact na kilala sya abroad. Dito ko lang nabasa they acquired Sharp!
Do they have a 65-inch 4k model here?

Ung Devant namin na nasira ung panel, nung pina service namin Hisense ung parts na pinalit. Not sure if rebranded lang si Devant na Hisense or Devant is Hisense.

Same with Devant TVs.... so if you are keen on details, then these China TVs may not be suited for you....
-
Met a purchasing officer from the company nagdidistribute ng Hisense at devant.

They can have OLED in the future if they want to buy the panels from LG like what Sony did.

Hi. I purchased a newer model, the Hisense 55 N3000 last June. Price was Php 32,000 at Ansons Cainta. You might want to check it out.
OS is not Android, but you can download apps from Opera appstore. I only use Netflix and YouTube for streaming , it's fast and consistent.
For USB videos, it reads my MKVs with subtitles. I haven't encountered a file that it hasn't read. Interface is fast.
Only negative for me for this TV are the viewing angles. If you are at the sides, colors aren't very good. But if you view from the front as you would normally do, I am very satisfied with the TV.
My two previous TVs were both Sony. A rear projection TV that lasted about 8 years and a 46-inch Bravia LCD TV that lasted 5 years. I didn't want to spend that much on a TV that's why I tried Hisense. So far so good.
Hope the feedback helps.

Devant is a local brand which are basically Hisense TVs na rebranded as "Devant" for the philippine market. They were able to do this as Hisense was not being sold in the Philippines before.

Can you manually turn off this motion rate feature? Baliktad kase tayo. Ako naman, i don't like watching my shows with soap opera effect. Nadidistract ako.
Also, were you able to try h265 files?

sa unang tanong mo kung pwede turn off, the answer is yes. just go to setting then turn off mo ang ultra smooth motion.
on your second question the answer is also yes!.

I just got the 55n3000. My problem is not all built in apps work. Netflix, Youtube, Accuweather are ok. the TV browser will open but then it just keeps on loading when I enter a site (even google.com wouldn't load).
the rest of the apps will just give me a loading circle including it's vewd app store.
Anyone has any idea how I can fix this? Thanks.

Thanks.
mas maganda ang 50n3000 my ultra smooth motion. hehe

Watched 2 720pmovies last night and didn't find anyhing to complain about.
mukhang ayos na yun apps ko. powered cycled the tv then connected a LAN cable and ok na yun apps. Switched backed to wireless and still working as of now. Observe ko pa kung meron ibang problems.

Hi, anyone using the 55K220 model? any feedbacks.
Also does the 55N3000 have HDR?
thanks.
I got this (55K220) almost 2 years ago. Still working well. No issues.

Thanks for the reply. Already got the 55n3000. couldn't find the 55k220 in the stores near here.

I've had 2 weeks to play around with my Hisense 55N3000 which I got from Anson's Ongpin for 26K cash.
features :
4K panel (don't know if IPS or VA)
HDR (don't know the max nits it can do probably pretty low but it's there)
4 HDMI ports ( 2 capable of 4k60 other 2 is 4k30)
3 USB ports (1 3.0 the others 2.0)
ISDB-receiver ( no antenna to test)
Bluebooth ( no BT speakers or headphones to test)
Youtube (seems to max out at 1080p)
Netflix (haven't tested)
Opera Browser
Vewd store (has some apps but most I don't need)
Wifi (manual says it dualband AC but my router is only N and I was able to get 50mbps from Fast.com)
Anyview cast (can mirror your mobile devices)
Regarding video and audio quality I'm no videophile/audiophile so not the right person to evaluate the details. As long as I get clear video/audio I'm ok. I've watched an episode of Planet earth 2 and Blue planet 2 (both remux with HDR) and they looked great to me.
analog cable viewing was no better or worse than my previous Samsung 1080p plasma.
USB playback I tried a portable 500gb drive and 32gb flash drive. 4k videos work (both SDR and HDR).
The one thing I didn't like was it would stretch any video to fill the screen let's say your movie has an aspect ratio of 2.35:1 it will stretch the video so everything will look elongated. It has an aspect ratio setting but doesn't do anything with any of the options.
video codecs tested : x264, x265, VP9
audio codecs tested : Dolby Digital, DD+, DTS, DTS-HD(might just be decoding the DTS core), AAC, vorbis
audio codes that didn't work : Dolby Atmos and Opus (both say file not compatible), Dolby True HD would play but gave no sound.
I have only 2 HDMI devices (Mi box and a HTCP connected to a yamaha receiver)
Mibox resolution set at 4k60 with deep color and HDR on. All videos worked as those tested using the USB but no problems with Dolby Atmos/TrueHD tracks anymore)
was able to control the Mibox using the TV remote via HDMI CEC.
HTPC resolution at 1080p60 played 720p and 1080p files with no problems.
If you guys want me to test something out or questions just drop a reply.

@firestorm
sir, does the 2:35:1 aspect ratio 4k movies still stretches on the 55n3000 when played on mibox. tia

Is there an Ultra Smooth Motion option in the Settings menu? I've been fiddling with the 43" & the 50" versions in appliance stores but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks. :)

Thanks for confirming this. So it's looking like it doesn't matter what size I'm potentially considering?
-
I wanted to get the 50in because of this feature. Last dec when i was looking around, nag demo ako 50 and 55, the sales rep told me na yung mga bagong labas na 50, wala na yung smooth motion (but yung display meron pa). At first i thought it was just a ploy to get me to buy the more expensive 55in. Fast forward to january, was about to buy the 50in from a diff store, the sales rep said the same thing, so nauwi ako sa 55.

dalawa ang gamit kong video source for this TV
1. HTPC>Yamaha receiver>Hisense . resolution is set at 1080p60frames . pag-sinet ko as 24frames nagkakaroon ng border na around 2 inches na hindi nangyari with my old Samsung plasma. hindi ko na masyadong kinalikot.
2. Mibox>Hisense - resolution is set 4K60 frames.
And for me satisfied naman ako sa video motion. I sit around 8 feet away my eyesight is far from 20/20. I'm sure there are judders and video motion might be better with other brands. But for it's price I really have no complains. My only hope is medyo tumagal sya.

Thanks.

Mi box, ott v88 (pero di ko na masydo nagagamit), bluray player and pioneer receiver (not yet 4k but will upgrade soon).

Thanks again for the comprehensive info, dude. Nalilito na kasi ako sa sinasabi ng sales rep from one appliance center against another. They have given me different pieces of info so far, inasmuch as specs are concerned.
Regarding the durability issue, you & me both. :)

In one appliance center, the rep told me that this model was 120 Hz. pero sa iba naman, depende daw sa size ng N3000 series.
When I fiddled with the display units, wala naman.

what I would suggest is bring a usb flash drive or hard drive loaded with some scenes with fast motion you want to test and see if the video quality/motion is good enough for you even without the ultra motion/120Hz feature. or other features na importante sa iyo. I just wanted a 55 inch display and this was the model I found that was cheapest. I just tested my mibox if it would detect the 4K resolution and some 4K movie samples took less than 15 mins. I didn't even fiddle with the video settings.

So most likely yung display unit nila is the newer version na. Back then sabi nung rep sakin if i wanted that feature, ang bibigay nya skn yun display unit kasi yung mga stocks nila puro bago na and missing the ultra smooth motion. That actually made my decision easier. Since pareho na ng features lahat ng sizes, i chose to get the biggest size.

Did just that during my previous visits. Didn't really see any difference in output regardless of the size.

Kaso ang problema ay some of the reps are talking as though the present models still have that feature pero in reality, wala na. Wrong or outdated product knowledge, perhaps?

Looks that way. Didn't really like TCL's P2 Series 4K UHD Smart TV's screen output. Parang watered down.
The wall in my house is giving me problems. That's why I'm still torn between the 43" & the 50" models.

has anyone seen a 65" model from hisense already? im happy with my 55" but looking to upgrade.

I discovered two things:
The TV is ISDB ready, so I just bought an antenna and it was able to detect the digital channels.
HDMI 2 is ARC capable and I was able to make it work with my ARC capable A/V receiver. I tried it on the local channels and LPCM yun audio signal. Will try it later sa built-in Netflix app nya

Question for 43N3000:
What's the panel type? IPS? VA? Etc?
Okay ba sya for main computer use?

Thanks po.

How's your TV master?...was aiming for tcl but can't pull the trigger due to some bad comments of it specially those in pakistan....your unboxing video & comments from satisfied owners helped me decide to go for Hisense instead...we'll see...

Been using the same tv since jan. Di pa din pala msydo bumababa price. Think i got mine less than 27k. Satisfied naman ako. Mostly netflix and youtube lang, and some downloaded 1080p movies played using kodi (im using a mibox as well).

Hisense not arriving yet...have u tried movies direct from the usb port?...am curious at how capable it can upscale or does it really upscale hd movies?...it's feature says "4k upscaling"...don't know really what does it mean?...correct me if my premise with my question is wrong...
-
Got 800+ mkv movies downloaded from....u know where....mostly 720p, some 1080p...."4k upscaling" being a key feature of hisense caught my attention & made me jump for it with the thought that hisense will process (upscale) my hd movie collection appear like 4k on the tv screen... is that how hisense do with its 4k upscaling feature?...is my thought correct?...am new in this jungle...

Almost all new 4k TV models have 4k upscaling but don't expect it to make your 1080p/720p videos the same quality as a 4K video. read this article for more info

I love my HISENSE! But note that it is only the FHD variant. I also love my TCL 43P6US though. Wala naman ako talagang issues so far.
Also, unlike most of the comments I am seeing here, I don't really watch from local storage. I always stream from Apple TV 4K, NVIDIA Shield TV, PS4 Pro, and Xbox One S. So far, so good.,

Same here Master with my newly bought Hisense 55N3000....so easy to use....very user friendly...the GUI is sooo simple but fast...it's a new experience watching hd movies from the usb with all those clarity and colors being infused...yes, really amazing how well this budget tv perform up-scaling....was surprised, my net is slow but still i could stream movies on netflix effortlessly. ..so happy i made the right choice...

Planning to buy this weekend, 55N3000 is my choice after reading this whole thread..., after checking current prices at OLX, I found out that there's a seller pricing it at 25K flat (discounted price already based on SRP) located at San Juan. I'm planning to buy it at cash and carry and also I found out that they are selling 55A6100 model (I think this is the 2019 version of 55A3000) because they are price the same and the specs are also the same...Note that i'm choosing between Skyworth, TCL, Devant and Haier because the price/specs ratio is so tempting and also to upgrade my old and reliable LG 42LD460 which is up to now..alive and kicking.....
-
^You will miss the LG color quality.

Bought 50n3000. Not bad for the price lalo na for cable viewing but haven’t tested netflix kasi medyo mabagal yung internet.

Nakita ko sa lazada hisense 55a6100 selling for 27+k. Good deal na ba yun mga master. Planing to buy din.

I got it for 25k @ ansons cash and carry last feb 16 (saturday)., they sell it for 27K+, i went to Hisense area and the salesman told me me that he can give it to me for 25,400 cash. then i told him na may nakanvass ako 1 store online from San Juan that can give me 25K cash flat. then pina approve nya...thats it....libre pa wall mount at wall mount installation.

All in all satisfied naman ako considering the price/ value proposition.

All in all satisfied naman ako considering the price/ value proposition.
Sir working ba dd+ over arc sa netflix?

Sir working ba dd+ over arc sa netflix?

hi, we own a Hisense 43N3000 which was bought last Sept 2018. Nasira na last Dec 2020, unit turned off while using it. Then pag binuksan, lumalabas lang ung logo (Hisense and Smart TV). After that black out na.
We had it checked yesterday and according sa technician ang sira na is ung LED mismo which will cost us 8,600 plus 1k for the labor then 3 months warranty lang. Nakakahinayang lang is 2yrs warranty ung tv and nasira na siya after 2yrs and 3months.
They are offering a "trade-in" of our old broken tv with a new hisense tv with model 43E5600 plus 14k cash. luging-lugi talga, cheapest price i saw online is between 15 to 16k only.
Meron bang ibang supplier or shop na pwede pagawaan nito or we should buy a new tv na lang? parang mas gusto namin ng bago na lang pero un lang, ano gagawin sa old tv?
thanks

hingi lang po ako ng feedback sa after sales ng hisense.. balak ko po sanang bumili kaso d ko alam kung reliable ba sya or good ang after service nya

Hisense = Low Quality rebadged Generic TV from China = BULOK
Buy from the better brands if you want long term reliability.
Yung LG ko 10 years na ok pa.

Hisense = Low Quality rebadged Generic TV from China = BULOK
If I remember it correctly, Hisense is the manufacturer or OEM and other companies buy tvs from them then rebadged it.
although, I can't speak for it's quality as I never tried it pa. may mga members naman dito na happy with it.
-
Hisense is definitely not "rebadged or generic" as in China at least they're considered at par or even a bit higher ranked than TCL or Skyworth.
They may have started out as an OEM for other brands (Sharp and Toshiba, and locally as Devant) but they've come a long way globally over the last few years as their own brand. Their 2020 line was well-received by tech/TV reviewers while their latest 2021 line has been getting rave reviews abroad recently. Their U8G and U7G models are besting equivalent Sony, LG and Samsung models in some head to heads. Here, we're only getting their U6G (for now), which is their most affordable quantum dot with full array local dimming model. I made a video review of it on YouTube. https://youtu.be/ZhWAtuHW7aY (https://youtu.be/ZhWAtuHW7aY)

sa tulad kong nasa probinsya, I would step away from Samsung as the nearest service center is located in Valenzuela (i am farther north in Bulacan). Bukod pa sa my last Samsung died a month after the warranty expired.
My current Skyworth is more than two years old and about 4 months past its warranty.
My next TV will either be a hisense or a Chiq brand with Dolby Vision and Dolby Audio (currently their 58" is at about 24K pesos)

Chiq is actually the rebranded name of Changhong. they just "Westernized" their brand name.
