prepare to shell out extra fees for customs tax/duties. if you know what you're getting you can get good discount if not be prepared to get "semi-scammed" :D :D :D :D

@rochie, anong shipping method pinili mo? Tama ba yung ETA na sinasabi nila?
-
meron good value items pero meron din scammer sa aliexpress, if you've not received your item within purchase protection period, open a dispute and asked for refund. Otherwise, you can't open dispute after the prescribed period and seller will ignore your demands.

Tried it last year.. Ordered a lot of "unnecessary" things because it's cheap but quit using it this year because the post office increased it's "storage" fee. Bought a keychain for php 45 but was charged php 120 sa post office. >:( >:( >:(

Free shipping to our local post office and from my experience, no additional charges for orders lower than USD50. My last set of orders were all Xiaomi items including several sets of Piston 3 earphones.
My office mates orders all of his sports apparel from there.
-
Same here, ordered small items less than USD 50, to avoid getting taxed, local postman deliver to my house directly and pay P 120 each time, tyaga lng talaga since it's always 3 weeks minimum, one item got lost but the seller shipped again so I don't give them bad feedback.
Ordered Xiaomi pistons, in ear monitors, usb cables, chargers, e-switches etc. dami pwede mabili hehehe

Anybody tried to buy anything over 10k? How. Much was the tax?
-

konti lang nakaka try ng aliexpress ah. I've tried ordering from Alibaba before. 2 months din yata hinintay ko bago ako maka receive ng claim card from the local post office. nagbibigay sila ng tracking number from the Chinese post office, pero pagdating ng pinas dun na nawawala ang tracking and nagtatagal.
-
it takes longer if free shipping, i pay around 120 pesos per package as costums fee....
just make sure you have a tracking number from the seller,
my last pouch, i just showed the tracking number to our customs
office in Pasig, and true enough, they have it....

First time ko din mag order dun. I'd rather get it from Shopee na lang if its available there

-
dumating na din yung postal claim card. 112 babayaran. first and last i guess with Aliexpress. hehe

-
^seems that way nga. at least sa shopee i-deliver na sa iyo yung item compared sa hassle ng ikaw pa mag claim sa post office.

di mo pa kelangan magbayad ng 112

May bumibili pa sa inyo dito sir? May item kasi ako na bibilhin dito ulit pero ang labo lang kasi last year naka order pa ko tapos ngayon hindi na sila nag ship sa Pinas. Same seller din naman both from China ang pagbibilhan ko

Matagal na yung last time na bumili ako sa mga chinese marketplaces like aliexpress, banggood, etc.
Mas convenient yung shopee or lazada kasi door-to-door. Yung aliexpress dadaan pa sa postal office. Yung huling package ko last year (pre-COVID-19), inabot ng 3 months ata bago ko na-pickup sa post office. Akala ko nawala na yung package.

Wala kasing available sa Lazada and Shopee. I even asked the seller in aliexpress if kung gusto niya mag benta na rin sa lazada or shopee para dun na lang ako order.
Btw, ang ok sa area ko pag nagpa deliver ako dito sa taytay rizal is yung mag deliver is siya na yung sisingil nung 132php.

Check if your seller has DHL, but yes, a lot of them have stopped shipping to the Philippines.

i recently made a purchase from Aliepress, the order took about a week to arrive...i was charged around 700 pesos for local taxes by Fedex....
