sir.. i was an avid spectra buyer before... until i joined pinoydvd forum.. i enjoyed discounts for select items and i appreciated the existence of this store. question lang po, baka we can score a discounted price or special privilege for pinoydvd members.. and therefore continue this great relationship which we all have enjoyed and will surely enjoy in the future.... any hopes? this goes for dvds also btw...:)

Welcome to pinoyDVD !!!!

Thank you for being so patient with my husband whenever he is there. Uhmmm i think Mark is the one who's always so bait in teaching and helping out my husband whenever he has questions about speakers etc.

We got our speakers a long time ago but I just wanted to thank Mark again kasi very few people are as patient as him and as willing to help so...

Thank you very very much Mark.  I hope and pray that more people will be like you when it comes to customer service  :)

Uhmmm if mali the name that I remember, sorry ha, kasi I'm almost always busy looking at your dvds whenever I am there.

the only model we have is the 4550 the rest out of stock already for the old model

we have wharfedale sw150 (5 star)
polk audio, definitive technology (low frequency cut-off, 8" - 21hz, 10" - 19hz)

I would just like to commend your staff at your Audio Excellance store particularly Nino Alagon for being so helpful and accomodating... I bought a pair of Wharfes 9.1 from them kanina... Isang oras yata ako doon auditioning the Diamond 9 family but they were very patient  ;D

I'm pretty sure I'll be going there for all my AV needs from now on  ;D magaling pa silang salesmen... mukhang mapapa-upgrade na rin ako ng AVR  ;D

I would like to thank Spectra Audio.

I bought a Denon AVR from them a couple of years ago.

The RCA subwoofer output became loose. Although, Spectra does not carry Denons now, they took in my unit, have their own technician fix it for a very, very nominal cost!

That is what I call GREAT SERVICE!

Just recently, got my Pacific Evo 10 from them and am very happy with the sound, plus of course the cost. Is the distributor not bringing in the Evo's anymore, a couple of my friends wanted them. (I will be picking up the Pacific Evo Centre speaker I put a deposit on, within this week or next week).

I will be in the market for a new mid-range AVR soon, can you please PM me the brand, model and price of those that you carry, I will be buying my next AVR from you.
