Wow
-
That was the most fun tribal council I've seen in a few seasons. :)
-
If I was Spencer I would have given the idol to Jeremiah and told him to pull it out at tribal so people would see that Jeremiah had it. Then after voting he would ask Jeremiah to play it for him. It may or may not have worked but it sure would have freaked out the others and one or two might have changed their votes. Regardless, Spencer would have been safe--but it's possible they both might have been.
-
tsaka di man lang sila kumuha ng inside scoop kay jefra kung sino man yung balak nila i vote out. they can say na they are already on the losing end and would just like to know who they are voting for. based on the trailer for next ep looks like spencer's last option is to rattle tony if doesnt win the immunity.

I'm thinking the trailer is a classic misdirect from the producers just to make people think fan favorite Spencer still has a chance, but he's toast.
-
For some reason, this season parang hindi naaamoy ng outsiders kung sino iboboto ng dominant ruling alliance. I've never seen so many hidden immunity idols wasted.
-
Is there a down side to Tony revealing that he has the special immunity idol? If he doesn't reveal it and he gets voted out, he can save himself. But he will most likely go next time. But if they know he has it, I don't think they'll even try.

He didn't exactly reveal it. He said it was a fake. People are thinking that there's only one hidden idol and it was played by Spencer.
-
Yeah, I'm thinking he might be better off just telling everyone that he has an idol that he can play after the votes are read. He might be safer that way. I'm trying to think of a down side to revealing it but can't come up with any.
-
My argument with my Wife right now is if Morgan is wearing bra or not in the jury's place. Hehehe. I say Yes pero lumilindol lang talaga, she says masking tape only and malalaglag na damit. Hehehe
-
i just watch this season because of cagayan hehe.. the last survivor i watched was season 2 or 3 ata :)
-
Ako, itong season pa lang napapanuod ko ever. I mean, I've seen glimpses of some episodes from before but never watched it in full. So...yeah, first survivor viewing for me. haha
Now I'm hooked. That Tony is playing this game really well. Wonder if he can keep manipulating the remaining survivors. :)

Welcome to Survivor! :)
Some of us have been watching this show for 14 years already.

It's really interesting. Makes one wonder if he can participate in a game like that. Cant believe I ignored this show for that long.haha
-
i actually started watching in season 25 when i just browsed through cable tv. got me hooked so i downloaded season 1-24. haha. marathon and now im updated and watching once a week.
-
I like Tony to win! :)
-
grabe si tony untouchable. haha 2 na idol at mas maganda pa yung isa pwede gamitin after the votes are read. grabe siguro maghalukay ng kung san san yun.
-
si Spencer bet ko.
-
Yung tatlo from the Luzon tribe nakasurvive talaga. Honestly, their original tribe sucked so bad! haha
Now Spencer, Kass and ms. Booty are all thriving especially the latter. sunod sunod na immunity challenges won? wow.
Pero power player itong si Tony. Super evil and yung tawa nya pag nagkekwento behind the scenes pangvillain! haha
-
Tony sure shot na sa top 3! haha
he can play his special immunity idol if they vote him out next week and then use his regular immunity idol the week after if they vote him out again. :D
bobo ni Kass. haha
-

If I recall correctly, the last time any hidden immunity idol can be used is during Final Five, so Final 3 isn't a done deal for him. I think.
-
Tama pa rin yung boto na yon. The voted out contestant can win the jury compared sa tatlong sabit.
I think tumaas ang chance ni Spencer to reach the final 3. He is now the best in terms of immunity challenge. If he loses the next immunity challenge, he's definitely toast.
Sana nga until top five lang yung dalawang immunity idols ni Ka Tony.
Pero based sa edits, I think it's either Tony or Spencer. Yung tatlo ay sabit lang talaga. Pero kapag yung tatlong sabit ang natira, I don't know kung sino maboboto..hehehe
I'd like Cass to reach the top 3 para lang marinig ko ang awayan with the jurys. hehehe
-
Haha
Trish and Woo- sobrang sabit talaga. I like Woo but the way the show has been edited, they make it seem like he is just a minion. Si Trish din.
If Kass vs Tony, I'm guessing the Jury will mostly vote for the latter coz he was merely playing the game a-la Russell Hantz. On the other hand, Kass has burned a lot of bridges with her flipping and her decision to vote out people based on emotion (ahem:Sarah).
As for the immunity idols...I hope Tony can use it both pa din. He is a shoo-in if ever there was a Heroes vs Villains 2. Russell Hantz, Hatch, Boston Rob and Tony on the same team? I wonder how crazy that would be.
-

You might want to avoid a few seasons. Survivor Thailand for instance. The castaways are just monumentally boring.

what other seasons should be avoided or should be last on the to-watch list? I've finished All-Stars and Heroes vs Villains so far. :D

Watching Survivor Samoa now and it was mentioned by Jaison that the immunity idol can only be played until day 36. I guess tama til top 5 lang sure na pasok si Tony.

I actually finished watching all seasons already, so i would know all characters para dun sa mga season with recurring players.

What are the bad seasons for you?
-
What are the bad seasons for you?
marami marami din. hehe. nakalimutan ko na din since that was years ago pa. notable was thailand. i also did not like borneo, too boring.
mas naalala ko yung mga gusto ko kesa sa bad seasons. hehe. my fave seasons: australia, amazon, pearl island all stars, cook islands, heroes vs villains, redemption island.
fave player: boston rob hehe
-
Dont know pa ano next na okay panoorin.hehe
-
try mo cook islands. im sure youll like it. one of my faves.
parvati and ozzy is in there.
-
Ozzy was a huge fan favorite until Malcolm (the golden god of Survivor) came along.
-
Ozzy was great in his first season, but was really annoying both times he returned. He felt entitled. Lumaki ang ulo, e galing lang naman sa reality TV porno. Hehe...
-
So final 4 is Tony, Woo, Kass, Spencer...
Tony used his normal immunity idol. He could have used it to save Trish...but (tama ba pagkaintindi ko?) it would have sent Kass packing coz only Trish and Kass got votes. So pag cancelled votes for Trish, si Kass sana laglag?
I think at this point, it is best to bring Kass to the final 3. She will NOT win via jury votes kaya it is worth keeping her til the end. kaso may 1 last tribal council pa. Dapat magdeal si Tony, Kass and Spencer na ilaglag nila si Woo kasi malakas hakot nyan sa jury. Good guy e.
-
Si Woo? I don't think there's any way for him to get any votes in the final TC. He's the classic coat tail rider, and he has a (very limp) hand in voting off everyone on the jury.
At this point I think it comes down to the next immunity challenge. Spencer wins it and he's already won the season. He loses it and he's voted off, handing the title of sole Survivor to Tony. Possibly by a unanimous vote.
I am very curious as to why Tony voted for Trish this week. Did he not want to be the person left out of the majority vote? This way he can tell both Woo and Kass that he didn't lie to either of them, they were the two he swore on his wife and daughter to take to the end, and he lived up to his promises to them by voting Trish off.
-
Well, there is that too. I don't remember Woo ever making any important strategic move aside from aligning himself with Tony...and his sneaky ninja move on Spencer's hidden immunity idol clue (which Woo did not find anyway).
Based on the few seasons I've seen so far, the jury usually tends to vote for the most likable person remaining in the top 3 e. Usually butthurt kasi yung mga jury na nakita ko from being blindsided and/or betrayed by the guy who makes great strategies. Tony will have lots of haters but Kass would equally have as much haters from the jury kaya if it came down to Tony, Kass, Woo, feeling ko si Woo pipiliin nila.
Although pag si Spencer din naman nakapasok, malaki din chance nya manalo. He saved himself when he made Tony believe that there might be a girl alliance. Can't wait to find out next week. :)
-
I'll just add, Kass really sealed her fate when she flipped Trish after she was voted out...in front of the jury.haha
Stupid
-
If Spencer wins the next immunity challenge, he wins it all, otherwise, Tony will. Walang pag-asa si Kass and si dilat na parang lagging gulat.
Since Spencer was not even shown sa sneak peak ng 2-hour finale, I think it's Spencer. Lagi namang bolero ang scenes for the next episode.. hehehe
-

Not really.
-
Kung may puzzle last immunity, Spencer, wins. Kung patagalan and palakasan and pabilisan, any of the 3 men can win. Kung unahan sumuko or matalo, then Cass wins. ;D
Therefore, they need Parvati or Boston Rob. ;D
-
Not really.
Really? Who would vote for her sa jury then after she did that?
-

I'm sure if a jury member doesn't vote for Kass, it's not because of that.
A castaway need not to be a nice person to win Survivor. Finalists who play the game to the fullest often earn the respect and the votes of the jury--and that is why Woo will never win.
-

I didn't mean that they'll make they're decision due to that particular act only. What I meant is that what she did would just add to the jury's opinion of her that she plays based on her emotion lang talaga.
I've only seen a few seasons and I'm just basing my opinion on those. Most of those seasons featured a bad guy like Russell Hantz and Boston Rob. Both of them did not get enough votes.
-
Kass has been emotionless throughout most of the season, so these bursts of emotions are really fun to watch. She has no chance of winning a few weeks back, but now that she's an actual person, she'll probably come in second to Spencer or Tony in the final votes (unless the makeup of the final three is Spencer, Tony, and Kass). If anything, that dirty finger probably earned her a few votes. I saw the reaction from the jury and they were shocked true, but they loved it at the same time.

I'm with SiCkBoY on this, and I stated as much in my reply to the first mention of the possibility of Woo winning.
Those who won over the "villains" that strategized heavily have always either been extremely charismatic or have at least played a respectable game that showed they were capable of outwitting, outplaying and outlasting the competition. Woo has failed miserably on the first two of those, and outlasted everyone else only by hitching a ride on Tony's train. I really don't see him getting any votes from the jury. Or maybe one pity/spite vote, at best.

Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains (Season 20): Sandra Diaz-Twine
Survivor: Samoa (Season 19): Natalie White
Survivor: All-Stars (Season 8): Amber Bkrich
Out of the 3 seasons above that I've watched, both Amber and Natalie were simply riding the coattails of Boston Rob and Russell Hantz, respectively. They won based on likability.
I don't want Woo to win at all. Either Tony or Spencer would be a satisfying winner. Kass or Woo winning would be very disappointing.
-
Amber is very cute and likable, and Russell is just a disgusting cockroach that no one would ever vote for. Tony isn't anywhere near as disgusting so could get respect votes for the way he played. And Woo is nowhere near as cute/likable as Amber. ;)
Also, "All-Stars" was from a very early season. 8? Back then, players mostly voted for nice over intelligent/scheming. Times have changed since then. Nowadays "nice" needs justification beyond that attribute to win. As long as the competition of nice isn't a cockroach. >:D
-
hahaha
Russell the cockroach. lol
Anyway, I just finished Nicaragua. Fabio reminded me a little bit of Woo din ah. Pero siyempre angat pa din si Fabio personality-wise. nakakatawa e.
Just found out na final 2 lang pala this season. Can't wait to find out tomorrow who wins.
-
Fabio won 3 consecutive immunity challenges towards the end..that's his biggest difference with Woo...and he looked high on something during the live finale...hehehe

Probably my fave character so far based on seasons Ive watched.haha
Those 3 consecutive wins for immunity really got him there. He stepped up big time. Nakakatawa yung naniwala syang chess grandmaster si Marty.
Anyway, i listened to a Trish podcast. Not sure if that was a hint pero she mentioned she wanted Spencer and Tony in the final two...pero alam naman na niya kung sino nakapasok e.
Also, I watched Ponderosa episodes of the jury, based on their comments, 0 chance talaga si Kass.haha
They all hate her
-
WTF??? ...but I may be wrong...live show still goin on. :D
Parvati is still hot! ;)
-
Nice! Well-deserved win by Tony. Only Tasha voted for Woo. What the hell was Woo thinking???
He had a guaranteed $1,000,000 win already if he picked Kass but he went with Tony instead.haha
-

Called it... as many of you did, too. ;)
Loved all the "Kass is a goat" comments at the Final Tribal Council. ;D

For some reason, they (Kass and Woo) equate Tony with Russell Hantz. Maybe it's different when they were playing the game as emotions run high, but I'm sure watching this season from home, they realized their mistake.

Well, he was kinda Hantz-ish but the difference is that he had a way to explain why he backstabbed people. Hatz-lite, i would say.
Nakakatawa lang to si Woo kasi during the episode, he mentioned that he would be really stupid to take Tony with him. Haha
And natawa ako si Kass nicompare si Woo kay Fabio.
Anyway, I guess the jury know better na than to vote based on emotion. I hate emotional/bitter jury votes from past seasons.
-

The second they showed that scene, I told my wife, "Foreshadowing. That's what's going to happen, and he's gonna lose."
I wonder how many of the jury's final votes were redirected by Spencer's last speech, though. From their tone during the final TC, it seemed they all weren't voting for him, they all seemed very bitter and self-righteous.
-

Lalo na si Jeremiah masiyadong bitter. Oh and also Sarah and Trish pala. Baka nga they really considered Spencer's speech. It would have been a travesty to let Woo win.
-
I initially wrote STUPID instead of WTF...but that would have been a spoiler, and I thought perhaps the jury might be very bitter..
Pero $1M (.6M net) stupidity pa rin I think...In the end, ang nagpanalo pa sana kay Woo was if Kass had won the final immunity.
Tony was wearing Barong?
No fan favorite vote this season?
I was expecting Spencer to say something like that during final tribal.
-

that spencer speech made me vote for tony, too :)
-
and that is why spencer is my favorite player this season. he was probably sick of all the bitter comments coming from the others that is why he said what he said.
lmao at jeremiah, "where i came from", who gives a rats ass where you came from, this is survivor not real life.

E lalo naman yung kay Trish. Para namang hinukay ni Tony dead dad nya tapos he swore on his remains.haha
Id swear on anything if I were a contestant in survivor

haha exactly. people do a lot worse for a lot less money. but 1 million dollars??
bat kaya walang player of the season ngayon, spencer could have won that.

Jeff should've ask a question about this to the jury during the Reunion Show, after he asked them how many will vote for Woo had it been Kass sitting beside him.
-
Kahit sa reunion show, hot pa rin si Morgan! :P
