i don't know if this is the right section of the board for this question but here goes...

where can i buy anime blu-rays and dvds here?

right now i have to go on-line for my stuff at:

Unfortunately Sir, I recently visited Philippines and saw no progress yet for anime in blu-ray format market. I suggest stick for a meantime to the two sites/source you mentioned.
