Airbus Corporate Jets and Focal have created a partnership with Focal designing the sound systems within the latest concept eco ACJ320neo business jets. The concept, dubbed ‘Melody’ was recently introduced at the annual National Business Aviation Association Convention.
The attention to create beautiful sound in the cabin was intricate: a totally silent compartment fully equipped with a home cinema room, 65” screen, the exclusive Focal Utopia 5.2 surround sound system and in-ceiling loudspeakers integrated into the lounge side. To achieve optimal sound dispersion an extensive reshape of the aircraft cabin ceiling was undertaken. Designers took inspiration from nature for the ceiling, which was crafted to feature a continuous curved line, enhancing acoustic performance. Only the best sound to accompany your airborne travels.
Delivery of the first customized ACJ320neo is expected at the end of 2018...
