Universal Studios Home Video have announced the Region 1 DVD release of Heroes: Season 1 on 28th August 2007 priced at $59.98 SRP. From creator/writer Tim Kring (NBC's "Crossing Jordan") comes "Heroes," an epic drama that chronicles the lives of ordinary people who discover they possess extraordinary abilities.
The breakout TV hit of the 2006-2007 season, Heroes: Season 1 is presented across 7 discs in 1.78:1 Anamorphic Widescreen with English DD5.1 Surround audio and optional English SDH, French and Spanish subtitles. Extras are TBC, but expect them to be plentiful.
