The Promo 10% discount on selected C-Interactive titles in Dvd's and Vcd's is EXTENDED on some outlets like Astro SM Molino, Astro SM Centerpoint and Astro SM Valenzuela till Mall sale ended at Feb. 21.... :D
-
10% ? ???
-
10%? Maybe 50%. They have a Buy-One-Take-One promo now ongoing.
-
Its both. Less 10% on some titles AND also Buy 1 Take 1 on some titles also...
But as said, only those outlets are on extended on less 10% :D

Hopefully, your company will come up with a way to distinguish the old DVD5 and the new DVD9 version. Maybe a prominent DVD9 sticker on the front? I wouldn't mind paying again for the DVD9 version of A Walk To Remember...

Although that was clearly wishful thinking on edgarryan's part, Lester, I will say that your parent company, D'Concorde, has actually done something very similar for me in the past. Before FRIENDS was released by Warner on DVD, D'Concorde was the one that released its early seasons on VCD. The Season 2 they initially released was PAL format, and as a result, was cropped at the top of the frame when played on NTSC sets. I actually went to their old office in Timog, and they replaced all six VCDs with proper NTSC versions almost a YEAR after I had purchased the discs. No receipt necessary!
That's always stood out for me as the best example of customer care in the local video industry.
