good day to all of you, my dad currently bought a new player, which says it can read up to 2TB of hard disk, but when we use it, it cant be read. what should i do, update it? how? it is bought from abroad. thanks in advance.

try to check if your hard disk is formatted in fat format. this players usually only reads hard disk formatted in fat format, so if your hard disk is formatted in ntfs than it might not read the hard disk.
