Curious as to how much of your Blu-ray purchasing is from stores such as Amazon, HMV etc.
I for one refuse to purchase Blu-rays from stores here in Cebu because of the price and quality.
I simply cannot justify paying $40 for a movie at Odessey when I can purchase a superior version from Amazon for up to half the price, and that includes shipping. If you shop online who do you use?

80% order from amazon courtesy of Doc Oreoshake. Yung iba from forum sellers. I agree mas maganda packaging ng mga bought sa US, ganda ng slipcase..pang collector tlaga..

I only have 4 blu-rays right now (soon to be 5) and all of them I got from Amazon (US or UK).

It makes me laugh whenever I pop into Astrovision/ Odyssey and see how much they expect you to pay for a Blu-ray, daylight robbery.

May i ask if I order in amazon.uk and shipped by priority expressed, will I still be charge import fees?
-
I am a new member in the forums and I'm trying to make my collections as online as possible. I now have a "source" for any Amazon.com related purchase I make so I'm quite lucky.
I just bought The Complete Metropolis by Fritz Lang and Evangelion 1.11. Mga 1,852 lang nagastos ko without the taxes.

I have NEVER been charged any fees, saying that the person in charge of customs at Philpost Region 7 is my neighbour. DHL is another matter, thieving c@nts.

Wala. For Blu-ray, Philippines is the same region as the USA.
