Actually you got great setup ... :o  it's really diffficult to hide wires with wall mounted shelves. you need to install cable runners on the wall to hide the wires.

Congrats & Welcome to the Gallery!... 8)  :)

Welcome sa gallery sir  ;)

Thanks for sharing...

About your cable management. You could use mouldings then paint it with the same color as your wall  :)

WELCOME TO THE CLUB SIR! 8)

same comment from the experts....plastic mouldings...rear yung 1 set ng speakers nu sir?after you sort out your problem with the wires, try separating the rear, sayang naman kung 5speakers nasa front lang.nde mo maapreciate yung surround....medyo mataas din yung center..try to check some photo's here...you'll learn alot.

Thanks for welcoming me and for the inputs guys.

Actually this is a 7.1 system but i set this a 5.1 as i have a limited space, yes the center is pretty high i'm planning to place it under the tv when i started fixing those wires.

Question:
What are the wires can be tie up to each other? i read somewhere na wires can pick up frequency or something like that?

What speakers are you using?

Is it ok to tie together all the power cords?

Here's what i'm thinking:
- tie up together all the power cords in a single tie
- tie up together all speaker cable in a single tie
- finally place all in a single plastic mould but the speaker cords are all wrap in aluminum foil or would be better if done the same with power cords?  :-\

@conan
I't an onkyo HTIB

put all powercords in separate moulds and another mould for interconnects and speaker cables.

no need to wrap them with aluminum foil.

guys just want to share this.
this is an old speaker from pioneer, it is paired by a pioneer integrated amplifier that has a seperate tape deck, tuner and equalizer bali 4 layers na nabenta lang sa magbobote when it got broke and stock for a long time and never had a chance to cured by a specialist. laki ng panghihinayang ko sa system na to during those days wala ako paki alam and no interest to any audio equipment at walang kumontra kay mother i'm the eldest and too young that time tsk..tsk...,anyway i still have this.I had the permission of my mother to keep it kaya kinuha ko na or else mapupunta din to sa mag bobote.
here it is:

this thing got my attention when i try to hook this to my htib receiver, i cant believe the difference, and the thing is this is a 30yr(or more)old speaker. guys anybody know who can restore this? i'm planning to hook this in zone 2. thanks for viewing :)

you can ask diy_master anthony pero baka ibang speaker maiuwi mo sa ganda tumunog ng mga speakers nya  ;)

actually, you just need good carpenter to restore the box or painter to repaint th original box. mas maganda tumunog yan sa narrow box, dahil kunti lang excursion ng cone, baka magbago tunog kung ilagay sa ibang box.  :)

my 2 sentimus lang.... :D

welcome to the gallery sir. medyo mahirap nga ang wire management kapag ganyan. if you really would like to have it wall mounted, para malinis tignan, you should create a false wall para tago sa likod lahat ng wires. good luck sa setup!  :)

I found out that my pioneer speaker is not meant to be paired for my receiver, it cant be played on high volume and it produce weak sounds. :(

1. no, front speaker sya ng stereo amp ko. very good sound, clear and a lot of bass.
2. in my personal view hindi ko na ginagamit ang sub ko if playing musics, rti a1 have a very good bass.

try upgrading your front with a good BS speaker, goodluck. ;)

mga sir question lang.
it seems my stereo amp is too powerful for my rti a1 it sings so loud and it cant even reach 9 o'clock of volume. i never crank it naman satisfied na ko sa listening volume ko of 7-8 o' clock but i'm worried with my speaker as it may get damage? :-\

the amp is rated 85w/chan as describe in the net.

It seems na separate yung ht speaker sa audio setup ni mcjeff...sama-sama lang pero di sabay sabay tumutunog  ;D

yes sir, but in actual viewing its seems fine naman for the kids. ;)

i did mine 3 ft from the floor to the edge of the TV, pero tama rin ganyan kasi kids will be kids, ayun yung dati ko, me marka ng kamay ng bunso ko when he was 3. he's now five. buti na lang binili ako ng wifey ng 46" , kaya pag nagsawa, bubulungan ko hand print ulit (joke!) :)

yes sir na try ko na, malaki improvement sa music saka hindi muna kailangan ng sub, rti will provide that for you. i go seperate coz everytime i watch bd's i change the rti to my stock front speakers, mis match kasi if rti yung front tapos stock center ang layo ng tunog. ;D

on cables, maybe you can try this idea, use pvc mouldings to form an spider web on the wall, maybe, you can put the center of the web near the upper left corner kung saan nanggagaling yung cables for tv, and make sure that web members ay dadaan sa likod ng bawat gear, wherein, doon lalabas ang mga cables for each gear., tapos on the center of the web, maglagay ka ng toy or pic ni spider-man. tuwa siguro ng mga kids about this idea. Or you could make any design out of the muoldings, horizontals and verticals to form squares, diagonals to form diamonds.etc........
