Title: Soundproofing or home theater room contractor

I'm setting up a home theater room. Do you know of any professionals who can help me set it up at a reasonable cost? I have my own contractor but i need guidance on what materials to purchase or install.

Looks like we will be moving to Canada within a year so may just hold off.
